If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered delivery from Big Es as recommended by the hotel I am staying at. All I wanted was a bottle of wine & cheesecake but the hotel bar I was staying at was closed (11pm on a Friday AH) so I placed an order for a bottle of merlot and food and asked for them to bring a cork screw at 11:10 pm. At 12:10pm the delivery guy arrived with my food and cork screw but no bottle of wine. :( He told me he forgot it and admitted he was confused why I wanted the cork screw (at this point I am just worried how this guy has made it this far in life) and he tells me he will go to the nearest liquor store to get me said bottle of wine. As sketchy as this seems I agree and tip him normally. I then call the restaurant to speak with the manager and let him know what was going on. Any respectable establishment would be apologetic and offer a refund for the forgotten item but the gentleman I spoke to was rude and accusatory saying " well he is going to get the bottle for you right?" AH! And then when he finally returned with my bottle of very very warm red wine he had the audacity to ask me to tip him extra for the difference of the wine that he claimed he overpaid for. I then asked if he had the receipt for the supposedly 40$ bottle of wine which conveniently he did not have. In the end I got my bottle of wine but this was literally the worst overall experience I have ever had... DO NOT give this sketchy establishment your business

Not sure why this place doesnt get better ratings. Their pizza is amazing, actually all of their food is... they deliver super late and also deliver pretty far from where theyre located. Delivery people are always very nice, and the price is amazing for the quality of food youre getting (and in general). IMO this is the best pizza in LB... cant get mad at them for having longer delivery times late at night when they are the only place open, theyre just busy... but theyre worth the wait! There was one order I placed that got "lost" and I called to complain that it hadnt been delivered yet, and the manager personally delivered the pizza even though they were closed by then. Stop giving them bad reviews because they forgot your red peppers people, you pry didnt ask for them. Pizza tastes amazing, good customer service.... Dont read the bad reviews from people who were drunk and dont remember what they ordered. Try it!!! Also do yourself a favor and order the cheese breadsticks

Awful service. Asked for half jalapenos, half pineapple and all olives. Gave us half jalapenos, half PEPPERONI and all olives. Called back asked for correct pizza order and they said a deliver would come within an hour max. Waited one and a half hours, called back to see where pizza was at, they said there was deliver mix-up so the guy hadnt even been sent out and I asked for them to repeat my order again and ONCE again they messed up, this time half pineapple, half pepperoni and all olives. So if i hadnt checked what they were sending out, I wouldve once again received the wrong order. Waste of $20 to wait 3 hours for a pizza.

Ordered over the phone for delivery ...pasta since I was not in the mood for pizza. Food came pretty fast and still hot. The chicken Alfredo was very good and big portion ..I had some left over for lunch the next day. The lasagna was good too. Each came with either salad/garlic bread. I didnt care much for the salad but the garlic bread was ok. It could have been toasted a little but more, but thats my preference. My friend used it to mopped up the alfredo sauce. All in all pretty good experience . Deffinitely will order again from here. Btw...they do deliver booze ....late too ...along with pizza ..what more could u ask for ?

Ordered a Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza. We received a thin crust pizza. We called to let them know that they sent the wrong order. Big E Pizza told us that they sent the correct order. The gal on the phone said that the person who took the order should have told us the their pizzas do not look like the pictures on their web site. That was a classic statement, from a very classy place. We will be very happy to never give them any business in the future. $25.00 is way too much for a thin crust pizza. Shame on me.

I wanted to give this an OK because I like the Pizza, but charging $1.50 per pizza to add extra sauce? That should not be considered a topping. I thought the girl on the phone would be more concerned about keeping our business than charging us for a little more sauce. We ordered from them plenty of nights. Instead, I just cancelled my order and she said "ok, thanks, bye." Prices are already more since its Mom and Pop. Wish I could support this local business more, but the sauce thing is ridiculous!

"little e" very disappointing and youll do better with a frozen pizza from the grocery store for half the price-unlike the promised menu description the Chicago style is well ...really just a regular pizza (nothing Chicago about it) and then when the regular pizza arrives even that is not a great pizza but just the sub par fare and bare minimum representation to pass as a pizza. If you are looking for a good Chicago style pizza or even just a good pizza keep looking cause youll not find it here!

The worst ever..Never will I order pizza from this place again. I live 2 blocks away and waited an 1hour1/2 for delivery..the end result was, I called three times no answer, so I drove to the establishment and the owner tried to charge me deliver fee still. I got my pizza and Pepsi without a reduction on my order (my family and I was hungry lol). To get home and the pizza was cold. Im so pissed right now.. Pay for some nasty cold food and service that was very poor.. I give Big

Dont eat here. Unless you want BEEF ribs that are not cooked properly. You need to smoke these things for days, and then at least mention in your menu they are BEEF ribs. My salad is lettuce, a few tomatoes and cheese. Last I checked salads come with a few more ingredients. The ziti is processed cheese with no flavor at all. Im so disappointed. Now I have to go get dinner somewhere else. What a waste of 40$.

Pizza, Salad, BBQ Chicken Meal are awesome!! Been ordering from Big E for years now and Im still impressed. Ive had a few long waits and a couple mix ups, but such are the expectation of as many orders as theyve gotten from me, and they are great in making up for it. The staff is attentive and helpful, the food is great and the cheese on their pizza is where its at.

The pizza here is really good, but the last time I ordered pizza from them, they told me one price on my receipt and told me a different price at the door. On top of that they got our order wrong and instead of offering to make a new pizza they say they didnt charge us for what we didnt get...that whole experience made me not want to order from them ever again...
