Acabo de hablar, una mujer que esta atendiendo me tuvo esperando en el teléfono alrededor de 10 min, colgué y llame de vuelta y me dijo que esperara un poco sin saber que era la misma persona, le respondí que me tenía por mucho tiempo que si no podía atenderme y dijo que no podía porque estaba atendiendo a otras personas enfrente. Sorry pero eso esta mal. Hacen esperar demaciado, vivo en South Gate desde hace mucho tiempo y las veces anteriores me habían hecho lo mismo por eso dejé de ir ahí por mas de 1 año y hoy paso lo mismo, MAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, BAD COSTUMER SERVICE, no lo recomiendo, y saben MEJOR ME VOY A OTRO LADO.

MANAGER JAIME YOU NEED TO WATCH YOUR EMPLOYEES AND YOURSELF YOU TOOK MY LAST ORDER!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!.... We waited for 1 stupid pizza for 1hour and 15 minutes... First the retarded girl called the wrong number to verify address so they just never showed I called 46 mins later and complained. Had to wait another 30 minutes after that... To top it all off when the very nice delivery lady got here she had No Change!!! I had even told them to please brimg chamge to brake a 100.... Pisssed! !!!!!

Wow it never fails every time i ordered from this place there is something wrong with the order. The last time i ordered they gave us the wrong pizza and had a topping i was allergic to. The most recent experience the pizza was under cooked and almost a raw doughy texture. This is the last time i buy from this place and sticking to only ***Cusumanos pizza***** from now on, better ingredients and never have any mistakes.

Dont ever bother to call close to closing time to place an order because they are kids working they dont want to take the Oder so they leave you on hold and or when they answer they just leave the phone off the hook. Smh as a manger in retail of these were my employees this would be unacceptable. Ill take my money else where!

They got the order right customer service was good specially the girl that took my order trough the phone .......usally is a pain in the @** to order pizza not this time Im gonna visit them every time I crave pizza now ....:)
