First off, Colibri Grill has amazing food. The menu is varied and has something for every taste but the BBQ is to die for (especially the ribs), and the creative eggs Benedict options are sublime, from chicken fried steak to Mahi Mahi you cant go wrong. The staff are attentive and conversational giving the restaurant an intimate feel even to first time customers. Everything in the restaurant from the food and menu to the atmosphere is a labor of love by the owner of Colibri Grill Cafe; who is also the chef. I highly recommend this restaurant for all occasions and know any first timers will fall In love at their first bite.

Service was the greatest and the food was amazing! Stopped here based on Google reviews and it was better than the 4.8 out 5.0 stars!!! The owner/chef was oustanding, very personable, and funny. We had the baby back ribs, st Louis ribs, which were both some of the best I have eaten. I had the level 3 spicy sauce and it was kicking it up a notch. The rest had level 2 spice and theirs were more sweet if thats your style. The homemade Cole slaw was also excellent. Chased with homemade lemonade that tasted like it was fresh squeezed into my glass made this just an all out great dinner!

After looking at a few motorcycles in Santa Rosa, my husband and I decided to get a bike to eat. We were looking for a good barbeque place and decided on Colibri. Iordered the Baby Back Ribs along with St. Louis Ribs (half and half) with Potato Salad (it was very good!) and my husband ordered a Rib-eye steak with potatoes. We shared so we can both try a little bit of everything and his steak was GOOD! I was pleasantly surprised at the potatoes. They were flavored throughout. I would take another drive from Sacramento JUST TO GO BACK. Very good!

This was an unexpected surprise. We cannot wait to go back with some friends. My husband and I split the St. Louis Ribs and a house salad. They were outstanding. Their baked beans are delicious and make Bushs baked beans taste like candy (much too sweet). The cole slaw was fresh and the dressing for that was very tasty. This restaurant is a gem. We had a nice glass of IPA and the bill came $31 -- even more impressive!

Went there during the Presidents Day weekend for breakfast after reading some wonderful reviews and I must agree the food was good...one of the best breakfast Ive had for a long time. I had the Brendas Scramble and it was so good that l always think about it every time I have eggs. The staff is also very nice. Will definitely come back when I come to Santa Rosa.

Im secretly very happy more people havent found this place, making it pretty easy to get a table. But the owner/chef here really deserves the recognition. I have eaten there dozens of times and am always amazed at the quality of food and also the creativity of the days specials. The service is also top notch. If you like food, you should try this place

Mmm...Chicken & Waffles served w/ their own concoction of Rosemary infused Maple Syrup. Perfect Poached Eggs, generous coffee, and great service. Rarely a line. This is a hidden neighborhood gem.
