They could do so much more to make this place amazing. It is the only Mexican bakery, and they can make some good stuff, but every time I go in, they seem disorganized, and messy. Many of the pastries I ate were very dry. Now typically Mexican pan is a little on the dry side but this stuff took the cake. No pun intended. They really need to look at their practices and provide a better product. I think they could do so much better.

Cupcakes are ok nothing amazing. Got red velvet, lemon, chocolate, and blueberry. Red velvet was ok lemon and blueberry were good but not amazing. Didnt try the chocolate. Staff seems uninterested but not rude just not overly enthusiastic.
