This place has to be the stickiest fastfood place ever. My sons shoe almost came completely off because it got stuck to the floor. Tables had remnants of food from other patrons. Also, the service was terrible. Soda fountain dispensed nasty tasting Pepsi. After five minutes of trying to get an employee to even acknowledge me standing at the counter, I gave up on getting a to-go bag and informing them about the soda fountain. Id rather walk an extra 30 yards to that other fastfood place next to this taco bell. I wont say the name of that place, but I here you can get "in n out" of there with good burgers. But in all fairness, the food was good. Maybe just stay away from the inside and use the drive-thru.

Got the order wrong. I ordered a Grande meal for 5 burritos and 5 tacos and a beefy 5 layer burrito. They only gave me 5 burritos and NO Tacos! My other burrito was there, so after calling and going back to get the tacos I open up my beefy 5 layer burrito to find sour cream which I specifically asked them not to include. So I called again, and they gave me store credit. After all that I find some tacos with no meat. Very unsatisfied

Orderered two chicken mini quesadillas and bean n cheese burrito. Quesadillas were served warm not hot with half the cheese not melted. Maybe heating time should be increased or checked for readiness before serving. Bean Burrito was small but good tasting as always. I would recommend bigger burritos with a slight increase in price.

A man had thrown paper balls at us and I went to tell the manager they told him to leave but not actually getting rid of him. The guy kept saying threats to my mom and I and he pulled out a fake gun and shot it towards us it made a loud sound and NOBODY did anything! He looked like he was 25 and he wasnt dealt with. Im very upset.

Its taco bell but with service that does not pay any attention to what you actually order. Asked for no sauce on my kids burrito and extra cheese on my tacos. Was charged the extra cheese that I didnt get and what I ordered no sauce on was drenched in it. I could see why I got my food in under 3 min???
