All about location. Been coming here over a year because of its location close to work and it has degraded sharply. Just gotten the worst there is. Cant count nuggets past 10, figure theyre are just using their fingers. So you are shorted more often than not. Fries come only half full all the time and usually taste a day old as of recently. And they take forever for fast food. 15 minute drive through is insane this day in age. Especially when there is no great bunch of customers. you should be scrambling to keep the customers you get. REPLACE EVERYONE. Update: 3/17 Last few trips service has come back to acceptable standard. Fries still low sometimes.

Milky Slimes

Ordered meal #2 with an Oj and meal #3, 12 pieces of chicken nuggets with bottled water. Went back to hotel and found out theres only 10 pieces of chicken, so was charged for 12 pieces. Jesse thought I ordered a cup of water with my meal so I had to pay for a water bottle separately without getting an upgrade just like the Oj. Its not that hard. You had one job Jesse!

The problem with this specific location is items missing from your drive thru orders on a regular basis. I would highly recommend to check your order bags before you leave the pick up window. The management doesnt really care that you have to drive all the way back to pick a burger that was supposed to be in your bag in the first place.

Love the food, it taste healthy and even better when you can order their sandwich protein style! no bread, cut the carbs. My usual and favorite order is the market salad! I always worry they forget to put in the toppings at other locations but this location never forget to include the toppings in my drive thru order.

Great food as always but didnt get the right change back when going through the drive thru. Total was $7.23, I paid with $20.25 and only received $.02 back. It was also my fault for not double checking at the time but I just hope they do a better job at their money count. Never a great experience when you lose money.

Prices here are WAY WAY higher than other locations (Go to Google images and Google their menus from other areas/ states to verify this fact). The drive thru is only busy at lunch time and when all the non-Rossmoor students get taken here after school on their way back to Seal Beach and Long Beach.

This is my first time at this CFA. Its new and clean and the people are friendly. Service was a little slower compared to the other CFAs Ive been to and my fries were not salted. Ive got plenty of sauces, so it was no big deal. The original chicken sandwiches were tasty as usual.

First time I have eaten at One of these the Chicken was good portions very small waffle fries very bland the lemon aid was very tart and the noise leave is terrible bad acoustics and the place is full of screaming kids

Dual drive thru for quick service. Had a minor delay ahead of me and they compensated me with a free chicken sandwich for my next visit. I didnt even have to mention anything about the delay. GREAT customer service!
