Truly an affordable Italian restaurant (App + 2 Entrees + Dessert + Coffee + Tax + Tip) under $60! Calamari was fried well, portions were great and overall a very satisfying starter Italian wedding soup was unlike what Ive had in the past but was still good Pasta Our Way was a great way to sample the meatball and sausage - sauce and pasta were delicious but I didnt care for the consistency of their meats. I felt that the meatball and sausage were too soft and would have preferred a coarser grind Margherita Pizza - crust had just the right chew, well seasoned and held its own with the toppings. The sauce brought great acidity and depth of flavor and thought the mozzarella had just the right balance of saltiness and creaminess Tiramisu - 9 out of 10 times its a miss for me until I had Romanos version. Simply the best Tiramisu I have had to date and good lord the size of that sucker is a deal in itself! Overall Thoughts Amazing Italian food at an affordable price, what more can you ask for?

My husband & I have only been to the one in Seal Beach and try to go often we LOVE IT! There has only been one time we have been seated right away, most often you have to wait about 30 min but its totally worth the wait.. the service is always great! The portions are HUGE we always share (and still have leftovers) I recommend the Rosa sauce (its a creamy tomato) with penne pasta, and the sauted mushrooms are SOOO AMAZING! (you cant not order these..) This is the place I love taking family to when they are in town.. weve NEVER been disappointed!!

I am Italian. My mothers Italian food is unmatched. Romano Cucina is my favorite Italian food except for my mothers! We enjoy eating inside vs the patio as we find the patio to noisy. My favorite is the lasagna Bolognese! Portions are generous which means dinner always includes enough for lunch the next day. Wine selection is limited but prices are very reasonable. Service is always good and very friendly. We normally go weeknights as weekend the restaurant is very busy. One of our favorites!

Had dinner with another couple Each ordered different dishes. Mine, pasta Primavera was delicious, a large serving which was too much for me, My friends had shrimp.scampi, lasagna and egg plant parmigiana. Excellent wine, hot bread and cheesecake. Enjoyable evening, great service, I love that place, as a matter of fact going there for dinner tonight!

This place is by far my favorite Italian spot around, and i hear similar responses from anyone i talk to about it. The food is bomb. The service is great...and you cant beat half off wine Wednesdays/no corkage fee. If you havent been go there asap...if you have been, go back asap lol. They have always been great to us so i had to review!

We almost missed this gem of an eatery! Pretty good italian food, not an "americanized" italian dinner place! About as good as it gets for SoCal! Great wine list, great service, portions are HUGH, literally too big TBH! Parking is tight, so go early or later! Sorry, didnt get a foto, cause i was busy chowing!

Found this place on google. Michelle our waitress was excellent. I forgot my fork on my salad dish, I feared I would get my meal then have to wait to flag someone down but she noticed it and brought a new one one out before. Also they kept the loaves of bread fresh. Will come back next time in Sunset beach.
