I had to feed 13 people on Christmas Eve and was assured by a staff member that I just needed to call about an hour before closing time (6:00PM) and they would take care of me. I was really nervous because if I didnt get this food my party would have been a disaster. My wife called in the order (it took a long time to get through) and my stepson and I headed to the restaurant. When we got there the place was a total madhouse. People lined the walls, bags of food were everywhere, and a staff member was yelling out names of the orders that were ready to be picked up. It was absolute chaos! The whole time the staff was smiling, laughing, and joking with the customers. I didnt see anyone lose their cool. In fifteen minutes my order was ready. The staff member took her time going through my bags making sure that everything was there. When I got home my guests were waiting and hungry. The food was still warm and delicious. 2 days later, as Im eating the last of the tri-tip w/BBQ sauce, Im still marveling at the wonderful staff at Stonefire and how they were able to handle such an onslaught of customers smiling all the time. It was not the first time Id used Stonefire for a family event and it wont be the last. These guys are GREAT! Merry Christmas!

I love this location! I came here with my dad today for his birthday because its his favorite restaurant. Just in the first 5 minutes being here we received great service. The girl at the counter was very sweet, but didnt have enough change so she ran to the back to get it. In the time that she was gone, (not even five minutes) we had two employees ask if we had been helped already. So nice and helpful! Then when I went to refill our drinks, I asked another employee if they did anything for birthdays and he very sweetly got us some cheesecake for my dad. As always, the food was amazing, but this time the service really stood out for me. Thanks for making my dads birthday just that much better! Keep doing what youre doing. You guys are great :)

Im certainly not as regular as some to this place but we hit it up on any special occasion that we can. The tri tip is renowned for a good reason. I had my first ribs tonight = delicious. Cart wheel salad and balsamic substitute Kale also delicious. Three of us are for about $45 to give you some perspective. Called ahead on Fathers Day they told us 45 minutes and I showed up at 40 it was ready. The only reason I go four stars instead of five is because on several occasions my medium rare has been closer to medium well (see pics) and sometimes the wait is pretty significant for dining in. I guess thats partly expected for a good restaurant. Four stars is "very good," and in my opinion that fits Firestone.

FOOD POISONING!!! BEWARE! Our office frequently got lunch catered from Stonefire until one day about a month ago, when over half of our office came down with food poisoning (we have a staff of about 50 people). I ended up in the hospital - with horrible stomach pain and uncontrollable diarrhea & vomiting. I thought I was dying but the doctor told me it was food poisoning. When the rest of my office came down with the same thing, we put two & two together. I will never eat from there again, nor will most of the people in my office. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone - unless youre willing to risk becoming incredibly sick and like shelling out thousands of dollars for medical bills.

The food here is excellent and very affordable for its quality. It is best to have a table reserved since the restaurant is always packed with people, regardless what time it is. If you see a restaurant that is packed at any time of the day, then it’s a good sign that the restaurant is worth eating at. The food that they serve is very aesthetically satisfying, which is a great bonus especially for people who favor pleasant looking dishes. The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and the food that they serve, and everyone is very friendly as well. I recommend everyone who visits this restaurant to try the Baby Back Ribs!

Stonefire Grill has a very affordable price for what you are getting. $64.00 for a meal that serves 5? (Half Slab of Tri-Tip and full slab of Baby Back Ribs and a Salad w/ Mashed Potatos) Wow! The Tri-Tip is perfectly juicy and soft and the Baby Back Ribs are nice and cooked. The Breadsticks are good but I have seen better. The only other complaint I have is ordering before getting seated. Usually, I go here on holidays and the lines can extend out to the parking lot so it would be best if you could order once you get seated. Food is wonderful, but always crowded. The meat flavors are delicious and the breadsticks are the best ever. Im not too big on salads, but their BBQ chopped salad is probably the best salad around, but plan on it being 4xs bigger than you think it will be when you order. Get the salad dressing on the side, so you can take it home and save it without it getting mushy in the fridge. They are pretty expensive, so we dont go as often as we want. They are always crowded and its extremely loud inside. The outside eating area is best and is nonsmoking. The only menu item that isnt good is their pizza.

Their BBQ chicken chopped salad is to die for, along with everything else on the menu. I have taken everyone I know here and they have loved it too. However inside the resturant it can be loud, but if the weather is nice you can get a seat outside, then it is perfect. The service is good, the resturant is set up for you to get your own utensils and plates, the servers just bring out your food. They have always been great every time im there!

Known for their great breadsticks and tri tip. The food is very reasonably priced for what you get, however, during busy times setting is a pain. Its self seating but you have to place your order first, and its not always great for large groups because of the lack of seating. Ive had to wait outside for a table for 30+ minutes before. Not exactly a quick turn around for a restaurant thats considered more fast food than sit down.

The food at this buffet/grill was very salty, thats about it. The only think I ate while away was the bread and the canned peaches. The desserts were tasteless. The rice dishes were very chewy, not cooked thoroughly. The chicken was still pink. The chicken burgers were VERY salty. Veggies like tomatoes were still green and hard. We were warned about Cuban food, but this was unacceptable.

Got to go order from here for NYE, the tri tip, BBQ chicken, Caesar salad, bread sticks, and pizza are all good. The only thing is they forgot the dessert that Ive already paid for, and I didnt realize they were missing until it was too late. Caesar salad was exceptionally yummy with the garlicky dressing, just the way I like it. The tri tip was tender and nicely flavored.
