TERRIBLE service from Jaime. Dont go here on Thursdays. The place was only at 20% capacity, but we were seated for 10 minutes before we met our waiter. When my wife ordered a water without lemon, Jaime appeared to roll his eyes. 15 minutes later, she didnt have water without lemon, so I took the lemon from the water that was originally given to her. Additionally, the food brought to us didnt match the descriptions on the menu. I ordered a Burrito de Pollo with no sour cream and no guacamole, and my wife order the Rancheros with chicken. We went through three bowls of chips and salsa (not delivered by Jaime) before our food arrived. My burrito came with a side of guacamole, a slice of cantaloupe, and lettuce on the side (there was nothing in the item description about cantaloupe and lettuce). My wifes meal didnt look at all like we expected either, but she ate it anyway. The group of people seated next to us arrived later than us, but they received their food and check before us. I dont know if we got their meals and they got ours, but Im pretty sure I saw a glass of water without lemon being handed to the woman seated with them. Jaime didnt check on us during our meal and only spoke to us when delivering food. It took about an hour and 20 minutes to get in and out of the place.

Food: We dont eat meat so ordered 2 fish dishes. Both fishes were overdone EXTREMELY. I almost asked them to make me a new dish but just didnt want to be THAT guy. Drinks: ordered 3 margaritas. Both are only 11 dollars but are the smallest margaritas ever. I usually would have had 3 or 4 of that size and still would be able to drive. The drinks tasted very mediocre at best. Service: they had only 3 servers on Friday night and the place is huge. Our server serviced 10 tables in addition to ours. We wanted to have another round of drinks before our movie and went to the bar only to realize there is one server and one bartender only. For those who know how huge this place is will know thats just unacceptable. Overall: We saw other tables being frustraighted with extremely slow service. Tips here are bad and the only way to keep the employees around is to overload them so they can accumulate somewhat of an acceptable amount of tips from 30 to 40 tables they serve a night each.

Been wanting to try this place so we went in for dinner after a movie. My friend didnt want to waste her drink so we took it with us.The hostess seats us and returns a minute later and tells my friend she has to remove her soda cup. We didnt understand this.So the hostess takes the cup full of soda away. We were so shocked at how ridiculous this rule was that she couldnt hold onto her soda. We were going to get water anyway, so instead of making a dinner sale they lost two customers for good. Stupid. Was the soda really worth it? Rude and unprofessional. If she was going search us she should have told us before we sat down.

I would not dine here again. I keep forgetting how bad of a restaurant it is whenever I want to grab food before a movie. Ive been there several times and the service has been slow (30 minutes or so until we even order food) and the food isnt particularly good for a $16 plate. Theyve commonly added in tips for small tables, probably because they know people wouldnt volunteer one. The restaurant looks nice, but the food isnt worth the price and the service is terrible. Please dont eat here.

If you can, avoid this place. Service is horrible, the host is rude and unwelcoming. It felt like if we were bothering them by stopping to dinne here. The server didnt know the menu. We waited at least 45min for our food, when the restaurant only had 4 tables. Cant even imagine how the service is here when they are busy if they ever get busy. Overall experience. HORRIBLE!!! By the way when I ask to speak the manager, the response was that the Manager had left for the day. WOW!

Great food and service my only dislike was that the hostess last night insisted that we sit at a table near the bathrooms that I expressed quite clearly I did not want. Being this was my first time here, I feel like I would have had a way better experience if I wasnt eating my food in the dark, next to the bathroom when my partner nor I were drinking that night. Probably wont come back because of my first experience.

$27.00 for carne asada is insane, Mexican food used to be cheap. One tiny enchalada with rice and beans on the lunch special was $13.00. The thing was the size of my finger. The waiter, though pleasant, brought us wrong items three times during our meal. The food was OK but nothing special, even the chips were somehow lac!king. $48.00 for two for lunch with no drinks. I wouldnt go back!. ( The setting is pleasant)

Die Enchiladas sahen gut aus und haben auch geschmeckt. Der Burrito Suiza sah nicht gut aus, hat dafür aber doch sehr gut geschmeckt. Insgesamt nicht besonderes aber es hat geschmeckt und gesättigt.

So we stopped in on a Sunday around 1:30 for lunch. We decided to opted for outside as it was beautiful out. We were given chips and salsa about 5 minutes of sitting there and that was it. We were never greated by a server so we decided to leave. 15 minutes at a table with no sign of a server. We would have understood if they were busy and people were hustling but it was empty. Oh well.

Salsa tastes like canned tomato sauce with a little kick. Food is expensive on the weekend. Maybe its a better deal for weekday lunch specials. They automatically add 3% for the welfare of their employees. Just put it in the wages, guys. Really, for a $15 burrito? The $6.50 kids meal was good, a big burger with lots of cheese and fresh fries. Service was very slow and inattentive.

GF ordered nachos and the entire plate had 12 nachos. We know because the server said they only put 12 nachos on each plate. Look at the photo to see all the toppings left after the 12 nachos were gone. The server refused to comp the nachos. They refused to even bring out more nachos unless we paid for nachos. Extra star for the drinks, else they would have received 1.

Top shelf margarita was good.. Service is good, ambience is fun. They have a vegetarian menu (dont forget to ask for it!). Photo attached. Free chips and salsa, we asked for a side of ranch with the salsa.. The veggie fajita was a littleon the smoky side, had too much sauce (Ive never had grilled vegetables doused in sauce?) For a fajita before.. Overall good.

It was nice that this place was within walking distance from Gavotte Louie, so we didnt have to look for parking. I got the fish tacos and they were tiny! Two of them for $10? Its a fancy place that would be great for a special occasion. I really liked the service- we were treated like kings and queens! They also give you complimentary sourdough bread rolls.

Their food is good but the service is subpar. I have been here many times with friends and one of them really enjoy coming here since its conveniently across the street from his job. We tend to sit at the bar to watch some sports however the TVs are kind of small and 9/10 times the beer from the tap isnt cold enough or there is some type of problem with it.
