Ad, Ive been coming to this Baja Fresh restaurant since it opened and have always been a big fan. The service is always great, the people are friendly, and the salsa bar is top notch. Today, I ordered my regular burrito (Grilled Chicken Ultimo, Easy Rice, +easy Black Beans, Enchilado Style), for $13.51. What I received was a bean and rice burrito with a few scant chunks of chicken. Certainly not what I ordered, or what I expected. Youve obviously changed your meat portions to the point of absurdity. For $13.51, this burrito should be packed-full of chicken (with just a taste of rice and beans, like I ordered - and like they used to make here before you took over). Ill give it one more shot, but after that, Im done with this place.

Baja Fresh is a great place to go for Mexican food. In particular, their fish tacos are pretty good, and theyre always really generous with the tortilla chips. But occasionally something sketchy happens when I eat there. Like last time I paid with a credit card, the guy at the register pulled out what was clearly his personal cell phone and started typing in the numbers. I guess it was because the machine was broken, but still, thats not very secure.

I love Baja Fresh, its definitely the best mexican fast food chain, but its more like authentic mexican food. My family and I come here every once in a while. I really like the chicken mexicano burrito and their soft chicken taco. I also really like their salsa bar, they have so many different varieties of salsas. The chips they give you for free go great with these salsas.

This place is great and you get free chips. The salsa bar is also delicious. The employees are always happy to give you more chips if you ask. I always get a whole bunch of chips with my burrito meals. Definitely recommend.

Horrible service. Burrito was practically empty, Pico de Gallo looked like it had been there for a day. Had to ask for chips. (May 28 2017, 13:07)
