Pleasant Location The franchise as this location were fortunate to get the corner. Although the site itself is somewhat hidden, its fairly obvious in the square at the end of the parking lot. The staff are helpful, but sometimes distant. I would hedge that working in an environment that requires the shop to be cold, might cause the attitude to be a bit "cold"? Im sure its not deliberate. Ive visited this location about 4 times since the re-opening of the strip mall. Its about a mile from my home and a good compliment to the many restaurants and shops in the area.

I work at Santa Clara Tow Centre and I have visited this store multiple times. Staff is polite and Rosa the manager is a true asset to this business. Not only she is super efficient and friendly she behaves like an owner. A kid was climbing on the refrigerator racks and she hoped parents would say something and finally intervened in a very well spoken way. I wish more managers were like this! Kudo Rosa you definetly deserve a raise for being such a wonderful team leader! By the way the ice cream is yummy and the store is clean. BR please bring back the mango flavor!

Went here about half an hour before closing. The girls working looked so tired but still greeted me with a smile, I really appreciate that. One of the girls made me a delicious banana split! I appreciate the friendly customer service. Thank you as always!
