I was always a big fan of this place growing up, so it was a treat to come here during breaks from college. However, every time Ive gone to this in-n-out recently, it has been completely overrun with drunk high school kids. This wouldnt bother me usually, but the last two times I went there the mixture of overcrowding, alcohol, and raging egos led to huge brawls. Both of these brawls occurred on Sunday evenings. The fighting took place inside the restaurant with dozens of people involved. In one case some drunk meat-heads went after someone who was harmlessly walking by their table. Another incident led to some staff members getting hurt. Im not sure what this is all about, but something needs to be done. Hiring one security guard wont cut it. This place gets packed with people who are all looking to fight with anyone who looks at them the wrong way. I wont go back until I know this has been resolved. Or maybe Ill just use the drive-thru from now on. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Great to have this conveniently located off of Crow Canyon and by 680. Opens during the week till 1 am and on the weekends till 1:30 am, which is great because most places close by 11 the latest. Like all In-N-Outs, they will accommodate and do special orders, we like our onions grilled for our burgers and no salt on our fries and burgers. The line for drive thru can be long during some parts of the day, but when that happens, there is a person standing out there taking orders to help move the line. Inside the place is nice and chilly during the hot summers so bring a light sweater if need be. Clean restrooms and tables are usually clean for a busy fast food place.

Burger was *perfect*, but the fries were awful. Literally, they tasted like cardboard, or what I imagine cardboard to taste like. Also, we went at right at noon and it took quite a while to get our food, probably 10 minutes total. Thats not very good for a fast food restaurant. I understand that the burger needs to be made fresh, but the long wait doesnt explain why the fries were so terrible. They should have been hot, fresh, and juicy because they certainly had enough time to fry a fresh batch.

Ive been going to this In n Out for about 10 years and its always delicious. That last 2 times I went to this location though, they messed up my order. Ive never had In n Out mess up an order, and its happened the last 2 times. It was so out of the ordinary that after the second time I had to call them myself and tell them what happened. Im glad I did because they hooked me up with a couple free meals to make up for the trouble! Overall, I love In n Out and this location is pretty great.

Food is at par as always with In-N-Out. My complaint here is more about the clientele as well as the parking. I know I shouldnt knock a restaurants rating for the people that choose to eat there, but I dont know where else to put it. The customers can be rude occasionally and the parking is usually lacking. The drive-thru is pretty decent tho. As I said in the beginning, food is as good as any other In-N-Out. There are however, kinder areas that I have chowed down in.

The was basically the first In N Out to come to the Bay Area when they came up to Northern California years ago. Not unusual to have long drive through lines at almost all times of the day, because the food is that good. Fresh ingredients, consistent quality, and decent speed from order to finish. In fact it is usually faster to get your food at the drive through versus going inside. Prices are much cheaper than similar joints nearby like Five Guys and The Habit.

Whaddayawant? Its In-n-Out - get a burger, a shake, and some animal fries, then get back to work. You should bring a burger back for the boss - hes been petty good to you over the years. He was there for you through that messy legal thing last year when he could just as easily have cut you loose and hired some kid to do your job at half what you make. Yeah - grab a burger for him. Maybe some fries too. But not a shake, because he IS kind of a d*ck sometimes.

This is a five star restaurant, but I give a one star for this one time that my order got messed up, my mom oreded me a plain cheeseburger and my mom ordered a reg cheeseburger, the man asked if my mom wanted onions on her burger, she said yes. On her way out she didnt check the food and threw away the receipt, she brought it home to me, and my PLAIN cheeseburger had the grilled onions that she ordered on her burger and i wouldnt eat it

Its fast food mostly high school kids work fast food , first jobs. So ya its okay. My first Burger came out not made right and then the second Burger was really bad but I brought it back and then they took the time to make a really good Fresh Burger but like I said its best high school kids Sometimes good sometimes not so good

This place is amazing. I found good food and good people. In fact the love of my life works there. She doesnt know I exist yet but I will work hard to win sweet Melanies heart. The atmosphere is great and I highly recommend going there with friends, family, or even by yourself. Who knows maybe youll find your own Melanie.

As like any other in n out, very juicy burgers, one of the best shakes you can find in fast foods and awesome French fries. There was a bit of wait as it was crowded. But quality of the food makes up for it. Check out their animal fries, and also add grilled onions to the burgers, its very good.

This is my preferred In-N-Out locations. It has a reasonably sized parking lot that isnt shared with any other shops, its drive through line doesnt get in the way of the parking lot and doesnt block traffic in the road when it stretches out of the parking lot, and the staff keep things moving.

A great example of an In-n-Out. Clean, efficient, and always tasty. The cars back WAY up on the drive through line here on occasion, so Id suggest you pull into the lot and just get it to go for a faster experience. Protein style double-double hold the spread for the win.

Been coming here for 10+ years n its always delicious n the staff is always super friendly. We had an amazing cashier take our order, David and the manager tonight were super friendly n very lively. Very great last experience of my favorite child hood burger stop.

A great location off the freeway to het some simple burgers. I love their price point. It gets crowded at night and weekends and sometimes they dont get around to cleaning enough due to the high amount of traffic. But overall a great place for a quick bite.

Other people are doing well and normal other than the cashier taking orders. This Z simply ignore the person in front of her waiting for 2 minutes with no word of apologizing in any form or shape. Will go to other place. No more in this location.
