Bad service! We ordered our food about an hour and a half ago. 45 minutes have gone by and still no food, we contacted a worker who apologized and told us that he would immediately send some of our orders out. Another additional 30 minutes go by and still nothing. We once again contacted an employee who was the original person to serve our order who ultimately told us that she never inputted our order into the system an hour and a half ago. She said that we could reorder our food but thats all they would do and then she hung ip on us. We called this location to speak with a manager, Shane, after explaining our situation for the numerous time. He stated that he knew the situation and looked up our order in the system but, was unable to find anything therefore he could not void our order. In disbelief, Shane questioned us regarding the employees name, we told him that his employees never gave out their names, and he said, " oh...right". Although he apologized, he wasnt interested in solving the problem and in our opinions, we were disappointed in the resolution and the were disappointed of effort. We are huge fans of sonic and we visit this location every time we were disappointed now questioning whether returning to this location. We are now sad and hungry.

SONIC® SONIC® Very happy there is a SONIC® closer now. This was a staple when I was living in L.A. SONIC® is a fun drive and park restaurant of the old type. The waiters are on rollerskates or roller blades if they want. There are over 400,000 combos of flavors of which to make a slush (they quote a different # but they recently added several new flavors). The HAPPY hours where discount prices on several items is the feature is NOT to be missed. If you sign up. they will send you SMS msgs of special discounts and even a birthday surprise. You can buy a SONIC® card with which to purchase your food. It is refillable. The food is all delicious and is All American: hamburgers, hot dogs, chilli dogs, fries, tater tots, popcorn chicken, cheese sticks, apples & carmel and DRINKS as SONIC® is "AMERICAS DRINK STOP"! They have floats, shakes, water, soda and their specialty slushes. My fav snack is their CINNASNACKS® and a 44oz diet Dr Pepper. EXCELLENT FOOD. FUN PLACE, GR8 DRINKS! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It was ok. They forgot our dipping sauce so be sure to remember yours. My brownie cookie dough milkshake only had chunks on top and there was some blue stuff in the bottom, could have been a candy from one of the other slushes they make but was unappetizing mixed with chocolate as it looked a weird mold color after I stirred it. Prices seem more expensive than when they first opened but maybe just my perception. Pull-up stalls always closed, they always rotate new staff so the staff always seem rushed and stressed out

This is our favorite Sonic in the area. Anytime we are on the way from Sac to The Bay we make a pit stop to get a cherry limeade and some ice cream if were in the mood. Great location, great service, always consistent service which is incredibly important for a chain that operates franchises. We rarely have any mistakes on our order and theyre super friendly and chipper when they take your order. Nice location and there are free electric chargers in the adjacent parking lot which is super clutch :)

The shakes are good and they can make then malts if you ask even though its not on the menu. The food was what you would except from a fast food place, lots of deep fried stuff and such. The waiter/waitress staff on skates was interesting. I had some food when stopped here to charge up my EV, as they happen to be right next to some city owned charging stations that are free to use. This Sonic has a few tables inside to eat at if your car is busy charging in the next lot over. :)

Service was slow but the worst thing was that the "50% off" promo is almost a bait & switch hustle! They advertise ALL slushes are 50% off but thats a lie that you dont find out about until you see your total on your receipt! If you order a Slush with 2 names (cherry limeade) you are charged for an extra. The limeade is included in the basic price but the cherry is extra.........which is not disclosed anywhere on the menu!

I go here often with friends cuz its in expensive and fun. Once I waited for food for about 45 mins and there were not many of us there. The car hops are always really nice. Good music too. But tonight I ordered a Reeses Blast but it was all soft serve and a dollop of whip cream with the amount of one Reeses cup on top. 4 bucks and not what I ordered. Come on guys...

I went to the drive-thru and first they mis-billed me, then they gave me a soda instead of a shake, then after correcting that they asked me to wait in a spot for the order to be finished. 20 minutes later I asked where my order was (a bacon cheeseburger) and they have me a bag with some tater tots in it. They are completely disorganized.

This is the second time Ive been to Sonic but the staff kindly put up with my odd request for a corn dog in a milkshake (they gave me the corn dogs separately so that I could dip them as I liked). And I happened to come on 50 cent corn dog day! Im not a fan of fast food, but the chocolate shake was excellent and the corn dogs delicious.

We ordered 3 meals with 3 drinks and 2 ice creams. Only one meal was correct out of everything. Even some of the tater tots seemed frozen still. Furthermore the girl who took my husbands order got really snippy with him after she realized that he was ordering more than one thing. Horrible place and we wont go back.

I order a cheese cake drink and the straw was all wet a d full of Sanitize chemical As they squeedgin the floor there was getting on everything so the straw had it and end up in my mouth and getting me sick Im calling corporate and filing a complaint That is nasty and no safety practices!!!!

I dont know what the hell they put on the drinks here but theyre horrible I mean I got a freezer burn head all the way down to my chest crazy ridiculous the only thing he was good with the tater tots I had a Chicago dog the dog literally came out the bottom of the bun and it was horrible

Service was fine but they were out of the items needed for the new Transformers slushies. Seeing as this the premier week for the movie and afternoon it is a bit of an oversight. They also did not apologize in respect to not having it. Otherwise the service was prompt and agreeable.

When paying for our food the cashier appeared to be texting someone instead of giving us our change. I never thought the food here was that great. I ordered the chili cheese tots, they were okay. I also got a shake, that was pretty good but hard to eat while driving.

Ordered the Ultimate Chicken Sandwich -Deluxe. It came with no cheese and had no flavor. Upgraded to onion rings and they are not like the picture... They are breaded crumbly not battered. Oh and the ranch is no good. I suggest only coming for the freezes and ice cream.
