The ice cream has always been great here. I have no issue with that aspect of the buisness. However, for the sake of this review, Im going to do a side by side comparison of two instances involving special order birthday cakes. Last year, I ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday. I asked for the image to be hand drawn on the cake and had no issue whatsoever. Great service and the cake turned out amazing. No problem. This year, I paid over $60 for a cake that I, again, requested an image to be hand drawn on. I picked up the cake today and the image had been scanned on. So either there was some level of miscommunication, or theyre telling customers that they can draw on custom images when they no longer can. I understand that this probably isnt that big of a deal, but I literally asked one of the baskin robbins team members if they could hand draw this and was told, unequivocally, that they could. I even offered to have the image simplified down to one third of the original. So I spent a lot of money, was told Id get something looking a certain way, and then didnt. That doesnt seem like the best way to treat your paying customers.

I am unhappy about their triple charging my account, and do not recommend them. I have been going here for a long time, so when we had birthday parties in North County, this place WAS my go-to place for cakes. My wife ordered a cake for pickup and I noticed I was charged three times, but it only went through twice on my statement. This was in April (it is now late AUGUST) and nobody can do anything except the manager, who is not available nor will they return messages and calls. I dont have time to take them to small claims court, but I am happy to share my experience with them and not give them my business anymore. If you are comfortable paying by cash only and counting it, good luck. Ill buy cakes elsewhere. How frustrating. Eventually hopefully Starbucks will offer ice cream...

This location is alright not too impressive. Small store has long lines when it is busy. Ice cream is too rich and sweet and is very pricey. The service here is really never that good as they hire not the best people. Kids love it though so bring them and sit on the wall outside!

Got a shake and the last few shakes I have gotten have Been made horrible its not even a shake its pure liquid milk n 1/2 a scoop of ice cream clearly there employees dont know how to make there products correctly I didnt even drink it

My wife and I have bought icecream here a couple of times.The staff are friendly,they try to be helpful but the icecream taste just doesnt stack up for the high price charged compared to store bought name brands.

Snickers flavor is delcious as well as the gold medal ribbon one. The place is spacious and a good size. They take custom orders on cakes which are done very well. Staff is friendly and sociable.
