I used to work at that location between 2003 and 2004. And even though the food back then was delicious, the employees were rude, ghetto and very gossipy, even the store manager was a rude a selfish prick. I was fired by the store manager at that time because I couldnt work on Labor Day. I gave him a 3-week notice about it because my babysitter couldnt work that day, but he still fired me. And he was so chicken he wasnt there to terminate me, instead a store supervisor gave me the papers. So unprofessional! If you want to eat at a restaurant without all the ghetto and rude employees, DONT EAT THERE. If youre planning on getting a job there and you dont do any of the above, DONT APPLY THERE. But if you like or do all that stuff...then by all means, enjoy.

Great quality bagels and bagel sandwiches. Perfect for lunch dinner or snack. The potato bagel is the best!!! I came in for 2 toasted bagels at 2:30 in the afternoon. The staff seemed like they were done with the day and not helpful. As I was there I saw that was not totally the case. The girl behind the counter gave a man his bagel sandwich and apologized for the length of his wait. She offered him a muffin of his choice to make up for it. He accepted and was truly thankful for her gesture. That was nice to witness. My bagels were as requested and delicious. I did not have a long wait. Thanks

One of the workers accidentally grabbed a blueberry muffin instead of a chocolate chip muffin and handed it to me. When I saw it was the wrong order she gave me the right order and only charges me for one. They also had made an extra coffee and with no charge walked outside and gave it to my grandma. Amazing service!

They forgot my order, and when I finally reminded them, they handed me my toasted bagel which had been sitting behind the counter for long enough that it was cold. If Id wanted a cold bagel, I wouldnt have ordered it toasted. The people that work there are barely paying attention to what theyre doing.

Unless you live in Brooklyn or the N.Y. area u cant truly find a really good bagle sure sometimes a small bakery will do it right most times its the supermarket and to be honest supermarket bagles suck! I wish there were more of these places! At least I like these.
