Went there fairly early in the morning and already there were plenty of people there. This is a cash only place! They do have a reasonable fee ATM inside. Very friendly service, and the food is made to order fairly quickly. We waited maybe 5-10 minutes after we got our food. Portions were HUGE. Prices very reasonable. They have bottomless coffee and they had at least 4 different brews. I had the special: scrambled eggs with ham/cheese and two pancakes. Hubby had Big Breakfast with French toast. Both perfectly cooked and tasty. The potatoes his dish came with were awesome! We will return!

Had breakfast there this morning. Counter help seemed inexperienced. Food was heavy, greasy and bland. The scrambled eggs tasted like they came from a 5 gallon drum of pre-mixed eggs. The only way i could eat it was with hot sauce. Flimsy plastic tables on patio will spill your drinks with the slightest bump. I know this place gets busy and youd think with the $$ they are making that they would spend a few bucks on upgrades. And the "cash only" ethic doesnt work anymore.

Poor service. I cant believe how rude the people are here. The owner or manger whoever he is I watched him talk rudely about another customer behind his back to other customers. I was so upset seeing this I walked out without eating or paying. They didnt deserve my business after that. Id give them no stars if I could! Future customers watch out they may make fun of you after you walk away.

Bomb burgers. I wish this place was closer to my house so I could come here all the time! Its right near the beach with a pretty view. Super small, chill, and inviting. I havent tried their breakfast yet but I heard its good! Also -- I love that their fries are steak fries! Everyone who works here is super nice. Come here on a warm sunny day!

Nice place near the ocean to enjoy breakfast food all day. Non- breakfast food is also offered. The service was speedy. Prices were reasonable. Parking is almost non-existent. If you park across the street, you will be expected to buy something from the seaside market as that is their parking lot and they do monitor it.

A funky spot with a great view, and wonderful food. Pipes is only open for breakfast and lunch, and its a great place to grab a breakfast burrito. Only thing is that its super-tiny, and really popular, so expect a long line and a tough time getting a table on weekend mornings, but its worth the hassle and wait.

This is one of the best places you can go after you surf! This is a chill little breakfast and lunch spot that has a great vibe and is close to the beach. Definitely stop her and get the breakfast burrito, it will quell any hunger

For those rate low, obviously not a local. Cant go wrong with anything on the menu. For breakfast get a #2 delicious avo sausage and egg burrito. For lunch the burger is a must. But shhhh this place is our little secret.

The best breakfast place on the planet. Get a breakfast burrito. Make sure it includes avocado. Gorge. Wash it down with fresh OJ or the coffee bar outside. Your soundtrack are the waves crashing at Swamis.

We dont go here enough. Sometimes a long line but it moves quickly. Breakfast sandwiches and burritos to go. Sometimes stay for a plate. Traffic and parking can get interesting.
