I went 2 weeks ago and ordered 10 tacos for my co workers and 6 eggs rolls, i asked for everything fresh and when we ate them the tacos was cold and very grease, we throw them away. Then the last week i went at night and waited 10 min in line, I ordered 12 cookies and they said i have to wait 15 min so i said no thanks, but i waited 10 more min just to go out from the drive thru.

Will never go back to this jack In The Box. Honestly the worst jack in the box experience in my life. Well i was in the middle of my order the order taker completely walked away no sorry no excuse me no nothing. The soda machine had flat nasty tasting soda in it. The tables were dirty. The counter was sticky. The floor wasnt sweeped or mopped. Horrible..

all the tables were dirty and mt husband asked the manager if she can have someone clean a table for us and she just handed him a bunch of napkins and asked him to do it...... Pathetic!!
