Quite possibly the worst customer service from a store & district manager Ive ever had in any situation. Im never one to complain but this situation is beyond belief. I placed a $20 order through the drive thru & the employees accidentally forgot to give me a bag with about $10 worth of hamburgers. I returned to claim my items & the young untrained store manager, Rose Amare insulted me, calling me a liar & refused to honor my purchase. I continue to try to bring logic back to the conversation & explain that I could not return the next day to speak with the district manager because Im an active Soldier on emergency leave & departing later that same day. I had to get the corporate office involved to resolve the problem because neither the store manager nor the district manager would do the right thing. I had the receipt and hand and further requested the store management to review the surveillance video to easily validate my claim. Its a matter of principle, Ill be donating the mail in vouchers being sent to me to a local church.

A customer cussed out the manager and an employee in the drive thru at 11 pm for not being polite. He expressed that he was a regular customer, and that they always treat him bad. Its very apparent jack in the box doesnt train its employees on Cutomer service. The menu is filled with random crap. The food is put together in a poor display. They should just shut this san bernardino restraunt down, and open a new business with a better model and staff. The experience I had while in the drive thru ruined my meal. The guy at the window acted like nothing happened. I work in the fast food business, and have only came across this problem in poorly managed businesses. do not eat here, spend the extra buck and get a quality meal.

Id like to say this is one of my favorite fast food restaurants to go to. The reason why this is such a great place is because of great workers like Jorge the team leader, Samuel Zarate the chef and Brayan Pena the drive thru specialist. They all are incredibly kind and hard working workers. And to top it all off they all offer excellent customer service. However, the reason why I am not not giving this restaurant a 5 star rating is because a worker of the Mina. She does not seem completely focused on her job. The last time she took my order it seemed like she completely forgot I was at the window, it took her about ten minutes to come bring me my food because she seemed to busy messing with some sort of machine.

Always fast, Clean, bin goin here 10years. The chicken nuggets are grate, get the sweet and sour. -1 Star for the driveway, its has a vary sharp turn. Give the car in front Extra space in case he has to back up.
