Worst Customer Service Ever!! Never came back to check on how we were doing. When taking our order they dont even wait if youre finished. Side dishes were not good. The Old mean lady dropped our tab on our table and walked away when there were still a lot of food on the table, she didnt even bother to ask us if we needed any to go boxes. We waited a couple mins to see if anyone will come back and no one came so I had to go to the register and ask for 3 boxes. She gave me 2 boxes, but I didnt notice it until I handed it out to 2 of my other friends. Then I had to ask for another one and she looked at me with an attitude and walked over to our table. Then she said "Why dont you guys just pack it together?!!" Uh DUHH We dont live together and we all ordered seperately. She also only gave us 1 bag and said we can share it like seriously...In the end, she wouldnt let us split our tab. She stared at me while I sign the Reciept and gave me a nasty look when I wrote down $0 for tip. Even though they didnt deserve any tip, we tipped them $3 at the table. Never coming back.

Horrible costumer service. The whole time we were there, there no more than 2 other tables/costumers. Brought a cake to celebrate a birthday and had them hold on to it so we can have more room for our dishes. They appear to not want to take it. The ladies filled our drinks twice only bc we made it obvious that our cups were empty. When we asked for a container and a box to pack our food, the younger lady came to our table to check the amount of food we had left before giving us the boxes. We left Sarang Bang without celebrating/eating the birthday cake dissapointed. 2 stars for the food but you can get it elsewhere with better costumer service.

Get into the mind set of a monetarily deficient college student who wants a decent bite at 11 oclock at night after a long day of class and getting out of work late (i.e. ME). What are you craving? Ill tell you: THIS PLACE. I love this place. The flavors are complex. The orders are filling. &&& The ticket is in my price range. Service is prompt as well. Thank you Sarang Bang. Ill give this place 4 stars but only because the food is very good. The service is not. They arent bad necessarily, but they dont go out of their way to be helpful either. A few times Ive been to this place during open hours only to find it closed for no apparent reason. We now call every time before we head out to see if they answer the phone.

Food is good. The beef is tender, the seafood pancake is crispy but soft inside, the Kim chi fried rice could be bigger but still delicious, and the jap chae is good. The customer service is not really there for you, but I dont mind as long as I got my food.
