First impression of this place was that the place smelled like I was in a nightmare. Ive never felt that way before about anything in my life, so it was a scary feeling waiting for our side dishes. The restaurant itself looked pretty beaten down as well, but I had high hopes for the food from all the positive reviews I read. We ordered the seafood pajeon, shrimp tempura, bulgogi, and seafood tofu soup. The seafood pancake was good, but I expected more seafood than squid and only squid... The seafood tofu soup was the same. 50% squid and like 2 pieces of clams along with tofu and soup. The soup taste was not bad, the broth just looked a little thin. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE SHRIMP TEMPURA. I didnt realize that it was that difficult to make such a simple dish, but our tempura was soggy on the inside and it didnt taste good at all. I guess it was our bad for ordering a Japanese dish at a Korean restaurant, but still. The bulgogi was good, but it was on the sweet side. Overall I have had way better Korean food elsewhere and will not be returning.

Just returned from dinner at Mo Du Rang. This was the first visit. We had Dolsot Beef Bibimbap and the Mackerel. The food was excellent and there was so much we each brought back a box of leftovers. There were 14 side dishes! Great service. Our server was a young lady named Youn. She was very attentive, full of smiles and had a great attitude. If you know how to say hello (ang yang haseo) and thank you (Kamsahamnida) in Korean it will bring big smiles from the staff. I recommend this restaurant for anyone who not only wants Korean food but is also looking for a pleasant dining experience. I say, 5 stars!

I ordered the pork bulgogi lunch special. It was a lot of food for one person. The kimchi was awesome and so were the other side dishes. The K-pop music playing in the background was also great. The main dish was a little bit of a let down. The texture was perfect but the marinade was too sweet and had too much citrus flavor. If it had been less sweet and had a little more spice I would have given four stars. Overall a good experience but just not great.

A Korean friend found this place while searching for a legitimate Korean restaurant in Sacramento to introduce me to the cuisine. The food was absolutely amazing and (according to my Korean friend) very authentic! The staff was very nice but kept forgetting about us since we were seated in a section that isnt easily visible. I recommend this place, but request to NOT be seated in the subdivision on the left-hand side closest to the entrance.

All time favorite when it comes to Korean food. They are consistent and friendly. On the menu they have BBQ, noodles, rice, and a variety of other dishes. The sides that come out with every meal are also amazing. Check this place out!
