I despise how the staff can be cold and rude. On my last recent delivery order, I was told it would be an hour. 1 hr and 15 later I call to see when my pizza would be delivered and all I got was " the driver just left 10 min ago. 1hr and 30 min later pizza. very poor/bad customer service. Some people should not be in customer service. Have you heard of the customer is always right. Vent over!They lost a customer and you better bet that I will be spreading the word! People of Sacramento please help spread the word of how awful they are. left10 min ago".not even an apology ago

I dont believe in negative reviews, but this place takes the cake. Employees are a bunch of rude young guys who hate everything about there job and the general public. Sitting in their waiting room eating the lunch special listening to them talk just made my stomach turn. Too top it all off they were spraying insecticide everywhere in the kitchen. I could only force myself to eat one slice and I just threw the rest away. If I saw this play out in a movie I would have thought it over the top and unrealistic, but there it was happening.

They are going way down hill with not many toppings to bad customer service from the delivery drivers. I am not happy with the fact that I have been ordering from them for 8 years now and have not been taken care of. I paid for mushrooms and olives and got maybe 2 pieces of each per slice. Really??? 17.95 for a pizza that was soggy and mostly breading. You have to tell them to cook it to get a good crust. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a large combo with extra cheese and although the pie tasted good Ill give em that much. But each piece from mid slice to the tip of each slice was drenched in oil. And when I called to complain the guy told me tough we made how you asked us to it was probably the mushrooms that made it soggy. No comp no new pizza hell you can have this one back thanks for making waste twenty bucks. They wont get any of my business anymore. :(

Omg best pizza place in Sacramento so cheap!! Pizza hut and any other pizza joint dosent even hold a candle!!Just ordered a pizza last night and i dont eat pork or beef so i usually order the cheese and mushroom and let me tell you they are not stingy at all with their mushrooms! Not only do they give you a lot but they also shred them up nice and thin! Please dont ever close them down and or change your ingredients!! 10/10 from me.:)

Received delivered pizza burnt. Called to inform them we received a pizza we couldnt eat and they claimed there was nothing they could do about it. Asked for the managers name (could hear him in the background giving instructions to the kid on the phone ) and was told they arent allowed to give out the managers name. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! BURNT PIZZA!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Love there pizza ! There pizza has no msg in there meat or crust like pizza Hut and pizza guys ect. It really tastes like a good home made pizza with a bread like crust. Love this place . This place is 20 mins from my house and I dont mind the drive for a great pizza . You get free 2 liter soda if u pick up . My favorite is feta , onion,mushroom and chicken yummy.

first time ordering and happened to be within like 1mile of me. me and my fiance didnt think it would taste this delicious...boy wer we wrong.hot fresh nice medium brown crispy crust....so good..happen to find it online...had a latenite hunger attack,this pizza filled us up. we will order here again.

After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting I called them and they said the guy would be arriving in 5 min or less, they called me 15 minutes later saying something went wrong. Had me waiting for 2 hrs and I didnt even get the pizza, Bad service wouldnt recommend thier delevery services.

Horrible customer service, I called one time and the guy answered the phone and said "Hello" I replied back and asked if this was Pizza house and he said yes. Worst service ever. I ordered my pizza and it took 2 hours to get to me, when it arrived it was cold.

I love getting extra cheese double bacon, thick crust, so amazing but just about everything I have ordered here has been great! I love the wings and chicken strips, and the house ranch has a nice flavor. Great family owned restaurant, see you soon guys.

I love this place. The pizza and cheezy bread are so delicious, if I had to complain about anything it would be the delivery time, but if you pick it up that will cut the time in half. Well worth the wait!

They are so busy they cant take any more orders for the night even though he just said we take orders until 1130 no later but its 11 and wont take an order they said they cant handle orders. Wow.
