Honestly we love this place! Great pizza great salad great beer great service all in all its a great place. Heads up though the pizza does take about 45 to cook, which its worth the wait but just plan on waiting for the pizza. But hey get an appetizer and a beer while you wait! We always sit in the bar as its open seating (which they allow our teenagers to sit in the bar area which is awesome because my son loves to watch the game). The bar area is great and the serving staff is always on it! I love... love... love the pesto chicken salad holy bananas its amazing! A small is only $5.25 and its plenty big for me. And, if youre going to order pizza ask the server for a side of pesto ranch to dip your pizza in. Trust me youll love it!! Not sure why the pesto ranch is so amazing, but it is. The wings are super yummy too. My fav is by far the garlic buffalo (boneless) and yes I dip them in pesto ranch too. Dont let any of the bad reviews scare you this place is great! We love it, its our go to for a family dinner, date night, or just to grab a drink.

Chose to sit in bar. Table was dirty. Had to wait for someone to come and ask us if we wanted table cleaned. Server was nice, but not efficient. Odered drinks, appetizer and large pizza. Waiter had to come back and confirm drink order. Had to flag waiter down for napkins and table service. Appetizer was garlic fries. Greasiest fries i have ever had. Ordered large half and half pizza. They brought out pizza stand for a small pizza. When large pizza arrived it was tilt a whirl. Plus it was served with cardboard between it and metal serving pan. It was so greasey. So greasey and nasty that the sauce and toppings would slide off the thin crust. It was like they took frozen pizza out of freezer, heated it up, poured some sauce on it and served. Towards end of meal my wife tried to get a piece of pizza. However, between it sliding around on cardboard and pizza pan and tilt a whirling on small stand it went crashing to floor. Waiter basically said sucks to be you and presented us a full bill. We paid, left a tip and wont be back.

Second visit and probably the last at this location - the staff was nice enough when interacting but there were so many failings that continued from the last visit: 1. The pizza was cold(ish); by far the worst way to eat pizza is anything but steaming hot. Yet each pizza (deep dish or regular thin) was just warm at best. Coupled with cold plates and its just cold pizza (and the do not reheat). 2. The deep dish pizza isnt more substantial than any other pizza Ive had in a while - it honestly feels like theyve gotten thinner. It really doesnt feel like a value or any kind of special pizza...a thick crust at other chains would be more substantial. 3. The service was disorganized- in our visit we were attended to by 3 different people, our actual server was the second to come to our table and none had talked to each other, so I recanted our order and table status at every visit... I could go on, but the are the trifecta that end it for me - off to another restaurant!

First of all to Jenna who wrote about getting sick after eating there....DONT write such rubbish about a restaurant without understanding food poisoning ok? You are an idiot for writing that! You dont get sick in 15 minutes from eating anything! It takes anywhere from 12 to 24 hours! God people make me crazy and can damage a business with their incredible stupidity! Perhaps you both got a stomach bug? Jesus... Ok now for the business. The thin crust pizza is real Chicago pizza. All those people saying deep dish have no idea what they are talking about. I was born in Chicago and all real Chicago pizza is thin crust AND cut in squares just like they do it at Chicago Fire. I used to order pizzas to go from Round Table, Mountain Mikes, Pizza Guys, etc...they lost my business forever not that Chicago Fire is in town. GREAT pizza but the deep dish pizzas do seem to take a long time so be ready for that f you go and order one. Wings are awesome too.

I absolutley love chicago fire and was happy to see that they have opened one in elk grove. However, when me and my girlfriend decided to try out their happy hour we left thoroughly disappointed. It started with the person who greeted us who seemed to not enjoy her job, so we didnt feel quite welcome when we strolled on in. God bless the waiter who served us in the bar area where he was obviously stressed out at the fact that he had to wait on 5 tables full of hungry people while the rest of his 4 coworkers were chatting behind the bar, he was the best part of our experience give him more hours please. Management should do a better job addressing the staff for the most part but im sure that is much easier said than done, For now go to the chicago fire on J street until this chicago fire can get on the same level.

Part of a regional chain that is very popular. Food is fresh and good, especially if you like Chicago style pizza. There are also lots of options on the menu if pizza is not your thing. I had a Greek salad with lamb on it. The business is clean and well maintained. I just wish there was a bit more character in the recipes, the decor, and in the staff. They took a very middle of the road approach to everything trying to please the widest cross-section of people possible, which is very sensible for a business but fails to deliver anything remarkable. On my most recent visit, the service was a bit uneven with food coming out of the kitchen for our table several minutes apart and servers confused about who was covering what tables during a shift change of some kind.

I had seen a lot of the negative reviews about this place while looking for a great pizza place to eat at with my buddy and honestly I came in with low expectations. My buddy and I decided to go in and try it out. Let me say, this place is one of the greatest pizza places Ive ever been too. The customer service is top notch and the food taste amazing. Cool thing is, our waitress served us our first slice of the pizza. Something I didnt expect from that place. The appetizers so good I had to put them on instagram. Hopefully we left a good tip for the serviced that we were provided. Love them and Im coming again for thirds! Great team!! Ten out five stars :P

First of all we waited for a text to tell us our table was ready. Their system, not mine. After 20 mins, no text recieved. We went to check and they said they had texted us. Not true...after being seated we waited 20 minutes and were not acknowledged by any waiter, did not even get offered water! We ordered an appetizer and a pizza. After 25 mins they told us they were out of the appetizer! We then waited 70 mins and still did not get our pizza! We got up and walked out! Terrible, terrible service. Do not go here.
