The young staff is so rude and slow! Bread was hard even after they microwave it! I had to ask for a Refund because they took to long doing the my Oreo latte, and the manager had the nerve to give me attitude about it and said it will take 3 days to get a refund but I would rather wait those three days then wait another minute for my drink, they had three staff members no excuse why they delayed my drink. Just bad all around.

So I go here because I am craving an unhealthy but delicious cinnabon and to my surprise, there stands a ratchet female with uncombed hair standing next to her co-worker, with whom was making cinnabons, and the girl is eating lunch and drinking right next to the baker. This is a huge no no in the dept of health! Oh my gosh the contamination!
