If youre thinking of doing a gender reveal here, DO NOT. My wife went into here asking for them to do a gender reveal by corresponding color. We clearly asked for that but the gal put our sonogram under the bundt cake along with a pink sticky note. We have video of our son opening the wrapping to discover a pink post it note, were cheering and celebrating the fact that were having a girl. We did not realize the sonogram was under the bundt cake and once we found it, it read "its a boy" on the sonogram. That created for a confusing moment and ruined the video we had. To say the least, she ruined the moment, memory and experience of something that was supposed to be exciting, fun and memorable.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was rushing to make it there before they close to buy my grandma a birthday cake and I missed them by 2 minutes. One of the girl must of seen the look of panic and disappointment on my face. She ran out to my car and said that they were closed but it looked like I had rushed there so she let me in and I got my grandmas cake!!!!!!!! Now thats great customer service not to mention the chocolate chocolate chip was amazing!

very very bad service thet provide. If you will call on their number then they will put you on hold and will never come back. I called them 3 times and they ruin my 45 minutes and after that they disconnect the call. Very bad experience. Even i dont want to give them a single star,,,,

Customer service was great and their cakes are unbelievably delicious. Bought my wife the Raspberry personal size one when she was having a down day and she was so happy and thankful and was honestly shocked by how soft and tasty the cake was.

They recently opened a store in Elk Grove. I I liked the lemon sample cake which they gave me it to try in the store. I bought the red velvet which was sooo. Ill try some other ones to see which one is my favorite.
