First time there and was told it was the best. As I walked in and looked for seating all the tables were dirty. I then ordered and cleared a table for myself and family. Sat and ate for about 20 minutes. Tables were still dirty and nasty with used napkins on them. There were 3-4 workers and Im sure one could of went out and cleaned the tables. Also a worker had friends there and she was tasting the customers (friends) drink. I believe that was unprofessional. If the front side is dirty, who knows how dirty behind the counter is. Im just saying.

Horrible customer service, great ice cream not worth coming here though the girls at the front are extremely rude. My wife and I came here to get ice cream and we will not be coming back, its worth driving to a different cold stone . Havent had an experience that bad in a long time so I thought I would share, if your in a good mood go to another cold stone thus place will ruin your mood with the attitudes of the girls serving you.

The employees were helpful and fast. You can get icecream cakes and ice cream cupcakes that are to die for. As with all cold stones you can get any mixture of items they have. This place can get busy so if you know u want icecream dont second guess it just go and get your lovely desserts

The ice cream is made fresh daily . It is a unique experience.where they mix your ice cream with topping right in a frozen piece of marble . The flavor safe yummy , cake batter is my favorite.
