I have been to many other hawaiian ono but this one is by far THE WORST. I got bbq mix and to begin, they downsized the meal to half!! For the same price . Then the beef was old and did not taste good at all. The service was also not too great, the person taking the order was half asleep and rude. Dont waste your money here. Go to another hawaiian ono. There is a yoshinoya right next door, I should have gotten that!

All I ever get are the short rib plate so here is my input. The afternoon cook must be lazy or something cause the short ribs are always burnt or cooked in old/used oil. They must not like changing it out because when eating the ribs it feels like there might be a little dirt mixed in the ribs. The closing crew are great workers. The short ribs are pretty awesome, nicely cooked and service is friendly.

Burnt food is never the business. This ono for some reason gives the smallest portion size. The other onos; loads up. This location is under performing. No aloha in the food! Means no care brada! As a native Polynesian food critic this place is dead last! Capital "F" for epic fail; at least the island jams were on point! Kae kele le mea ai!

The drive thru here is perfect! I have 3 kids and was craving something other than regular drive thru food like burgers and fries!! The girl that took our order and helped us was very kind. The only tough part was because my kids were having a fit in the back I wish it was faster.

I placed a catering order to be ready for pick up ahead of time and it wasnt ready. I had to wait 30 mins for them to finish it making me late for the party it was for. What was the point of placing an order ahead of time! So disappointed!

Drive through. I asked for ribs only not a meal I got a meal of rice,mac salad cabbage abd ribs. Ribs are w ay too fatty. Could not eat meal at home. Was charged more than what was listEd for a meal on nenu. Will not return.

I love their food here. They have a great family meal that you can order for a family of 5. I would recommend this place for their great food. Check it out. I do wish they had brewed ice tea but such is life.

Food is bomb but for some reason I specified I want beef but somehow all the drive thru worker heard was chicken. Maybe she likes chicken? The chicken was good though but the beef would of been better.

Well I have been here once and the katsu chicken was good. However, their hours according to Google says that they close at 12am. Yet, when I pulled up at 1120pm, it was a ghost town.
