First review ever and I just had to. Walked in at 8:53pm. Was asked "what do you want", instead of what would u like to order. Yes, they close at 9pm, understandable; however, my order was taken and money was collected without any knowledge of forcing me to take my order Togo. They bagged up my food, I sat down to eat, and was told I had to leave. If I wanted to eat to go, I wouldve went somewhere with a drive thru. Was given attitude, asked for my money back, and decided to leave to go to Mr Taco. Staff needs training in communication and customer service.

I got bad food poisoning from this place. They do not cook your food fresh upon order. How is it that I can order a plate full of meat, rice, and veggies and its ready literally in 1-2 minutes of my order? Food was warm, and loaded with bacterial toxins that had me vomiting excessively for hours on end. If you want great Hawaiian BBQ then go to the Ono location in Redlands off of lugionia. Avoid this place like the plague.

The girl (Jocelyn) at the register has a bad attitude. I was standing right in front of her with my family and she completely ignored us. No welcome or hi. After ignoring us for about 5 minutes, she turned around and said "for here or to go". Seriously! Thats demeaning. This is not my first time here, but this is my first time meeting her. Very bad customer service.

Loooooove this place! Ive been to the San Bernardino a couple of times before but Im so glad they made one in San Bernardino. Huge variety of stuff, so far everything I had was great. I am a hgue sucker for fish tacos, and this place definitely hit the spot. Their clam chowder(omg) and Poke salad is a MUST. Good to dine in or togo.

Portion was great. However..counter staff was not knowledgeable of product on menu. I asked what something was she had to ask cook in another language what the answer was. I was the only black in the building..felt uncomfortable. .. requested my order 2 go..

Very good portions for a good price. Food is very good if you dont mind it being a little sweet. Items I particularly like are the bbq chicken, the ribs and the curry island chicken. I reccommend trying this place at least once.

The name was Paul on the phone order I placed. I get to this place and pay, wait til I notice people after me have eaten. They forgot my order! Now my lunch hour is over and im hungry and very angry!! Get it right!!
