I live in Rio Vista and come to Subway often (I used to). I have had horrible experiences with a girl named Rupi, she was sitting in a corner, on her cell phone while I waited for her to help me, when she was finally done with her phone call, she helped me, 10 minutes passed before I was helped, the sandwich was very sloppy, I could barely eat it. I asked for salt and pepper, she poured it in only one place, and poured so much I had to cut it off and throw it away. She sat on top of a counter and talked to co-workers the whole time. This is NOT the first time I have had poor service regarding the same female, Rupi. This is multiple occasions, so much so that I have resorted to putting a review. This is in Rio Vista, a very small, and close community. I do not understand why this girl is still there, I have talked among my friends and they have all had the same experience with the same girl. It will not take long before word gets around this small town, and you will lose business due to this one girl. I have never had any issues with anyone else working there. Everyone around here seems to love the workers at Subway, aside from this girl. She is rude, rolls her eyes, refuses to help customers, is dirty, sloppy, has a very bad attitude, and is ruining this business. Whoever owns this store, remember that this is a very small community, that word travels quickly, and you will be losing business. Most of the people around here have talked and have stopped going to Subway due to this girl. I will also stop spending my money here. Rio Vistas money is what keeps your business afloat, and Rio Vista residents will be no longer spending money at Subway until this girl is removed. Thank you.

This place is under new management. The service is terrible. This place is completely unsanitary. Just walking in there were enough health code violations to get this place shut down. The waitresses were rude and extremely unsanitary, one woman kept touching her nose and running her fingers across the countertops and the top of the oven and never changed her gloves. The other woman had long acrylic nails and kept touching her hair. The tables and floor were very dirty and they waited till i started cleaning a table to do anything about it but didnt clean anything but my table, she was also on her phone a lot. The woman who didnt change her gloves took the money out of the tip jar to buy herself cookies while she had costumers waiting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!
