Their pizza is very good, plenty of toppings, cheese, not too thick crust. However, 2 mediums with 1 and 2 toppings cost almost $40. And since we do not trust delivery, my husband went to pick them up. He got there in 20 minutes as we were told it would be 20-25 minutes. Upon arrival, he was told that the pizzas were not ready. Not a problem, he would rather wait for hot pizzas. After the owner passed him several times, asking the name, my husband noticed two pizzas that had been sitting out for nearly a half an hour. They were ours. When my husband complained, the attitude of the owner was horrific. He told the girl at the counter to just give him the pizzas, after my husband had demanded new pizzas or a refund. He got neither, so he brought them home and we nuked them. What a bunch of crap! UPDATE: We have received a phone call from the owner. He apologized and gave us a free meal. Hopefully, this means that he will be more appreciative of his customers, and realize customer service is part of the package, busy or not.

Ordered my pizza over the phone and was told it would be ready in 30 mins. I ended up waiting an hour to finally get pizza. Riyad was the cashier and collected my payment and said my pizza was being cut and it would be right up. I waited an additional 20 mins and went back up to the counter to find out what was taking so long. Long story short, my order couldnt be located and another employee claimed my order went out with the delivery order. So they made a new pizza and gave it to me 10 mins later. No one apologized or offered me a refund for their error and waiting so long. Poor customer service! The pizza dough was undercooked and not good. I will not be eating here anymore!

The Pizza factory just lost 2 regular customers and will probably lose more. The Ridgecrest Pizza changed the way they make their pizzas on orders from Corporate. They also have stopped producing honey butter on the same orders. We always bought their Burroughs special and loved it up until last week. The newly Corporate mandated Burroughs special looks and tastes like cardboard. Be clear that the people serving us were attentive and excellent. But their new Corporate mandated Burroughs special is warmed up cardboard. To bad local insight into delicious pizza is trumped by far away Corporate who has no interest in anything but their pizza making process.

I enjoy coming to Pizza Factory for their lunchtime buffet. The salad bar always has fresh, appetizing selections, and the number and variety of pizzas offered is more than satisfying. As it is all-you-can-eat , this buffet should satisfy even the largest appetite. I would recommend the Pizza Factory highly to any and all who desire really good, tasty food at reasonable prices.

great food, great selection, nice atmosphere and the people that work there are nice. ive been in there a couple times where it was busy and finding a clean table was impossible, however once we notified the staff they cleaned it up fast for me. it is a little on the pricey side but i would rather pay the extra money for some decent pizza.

Ive enjoyed the Factory in Bishop, but this is my first visit to this one in Ridgecrest. Yum! Especially liked the Western BBQ chicken pizza, with the extra onions & peppers. And the dessert pizzas are excellent too, never had those before. Next time Ill just order the all-you-can-eat lunch buffet. Great food at a great bargain.

Really like their pizza. The prices are higher than other pizza places in Ridgecrest. Quality is there. I personally like their lunch buffet. There is a lot of variety of pizza to try and all for one price.

Pretty good pizza buffet for its price. The buffet was constantly stocked. They were quick at making pizzas. The potato wedges were a little under cooked and the pizza was pretty greasy. But no other issues.

Dining room was a wreck. 18 dirty tables. Took 15 minutes for someone to clear. Its been another 20 and the tables havent been wiped off. Staff doesnt know where orders are supposed to go.
