I knew the Torta Cubano was the right thing to order today when the face of the woman behind the counter brightened up. She made the sandwich with such care and served it perfectly toasted with a cilantro sauce that pulled all the flavors together. Not to disrespect the SeaLink Cafe but all I could think about while I ate the sandwich was that this was the sandwich served from the food truck in the movie Chef.
