I love tea and Im glad to see a place pop up that specializes in tea drinks. The names are pretty hip as well -- Man of Steel, Jessica Rabbit, The Joker, etc. Their website is pretty sleek and it has all of the tea cocktails listed with their ingredients. They use fresh fruits and they make their own simple syrup. One of their tag lines is to break up with boba, but I dont honestly think I can do that. I will say that I have bought less boba as Ive come here to satisfy my tea and sweet tooth craving. You can also ask them to customize the sugar levels in the drink too, so if you dont like your drink too sweet, ask them for "half sweet." If you dont already have a Five Stars card, ask for one because you earn points on every visit when you punch in your phone number on the key pad at the register. Parking lot right next to the shop and its easily accessible!

If you want some hipster tea, this would be the place to come to. I dont even know what that means, but youll know when you come here, haha. So many good options to choose from, but I picked the Pink Cadillac. It had fruity and floral notes and it was mixed with green tea which was pretty light. It tasted like summer during the winter and makes me wonder why I would drink something cold on a rainy day. Regardless, it was really refreshing. The place has a few tables, but they have free wi-fi and its a cool place to chill or catch up with someone. Overall, come to this place for a refreshing drink. Its on the pricey though. When did tea become some expensive! This definitely isnt the $3 for a box of 100 Lipton teabags you get from Safeway! :P

Really fantastic cafe with top-notch tea concoctions made with fresh juices. I also love their espresso-based mixed drinks. Everything is super creative yet totally addicting. (I really dislike creative desserts or drinks that sound good but are average in taste and are hyped up just because they are trendy sounding and atypical.) My favorite place to stop in for refreshing drinks in South Bay area...I like to grab a drink when Im on the go but when I can, I try to meet friends here for a chat. Clean, inviting ambiance. Awesome service!

The cool thing about this place is their unique menu. They create their own tea based drinks and I liked all the ones that Ive tried. My go to is the "Dark Knight". Its got black tea, espresso, and dark chocolate in it. Itll literally kick you in the face and wake you right up while tasting great. They also have special limited time drinks every now and then like the "iforgato". Its like a really good iced latte with a scope of ice cream.

Good place to try something other than your typical milk tea w/ boba. The place was pretty packed even on a Sunday evening. Street parking only as the lot next door is private property. I ordered the Lucky Break (matcha, white chocolate, mango, milk). I didnt think the mango syrup would mix well but it actually gave it a nice flavor. Ill likely stop by again if Im in the area; if not for a drink then definitely for an ice cream macaron.

Dont want to start judging based on one drink, but service was food and speedy. I do recommend their Orange N Black, which is Thai Iced Tea with coconut whip cream. Its lighter and more refreshing than the traditional drink! Parking sucks, as they dont have their own parking lot. Have to resort to street parking, and you might easily drive past it on the busy El Camino Real.

Break up with boba! Unpopular opinion alert! Boba tea is gross. Weird squishy balls in my drink dont do it for me, sorry. Tequation makes a delicious variety of tea based "cocktails" (No booze, but Id be down). Caffeinated and not, you can find something to suit any taste. Particularly refreshing on a hot day.

Really interesting flavor combinations, quality ingredients, and the service is great. You pay a premium but they are very accommodating to making things to your liking so trying something new you will not be disappointed. The drinks are visually very appealing. Tempting homemade sweets are sold too.

Offer a bunch of cool twists on typical drinks you would find at tea houses as well as number of drinks that are totally unique to them. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Free wifi and fairly wide selection of foods available there (I think I saw ice cream bars and cake last time I was there).

I love this place! #BreakUpWithBoba! Although I love boba teas, teaquation has their own mix on yummy teas! These teas are unique and handcrafted and are enjoyable during cold/hot days. Its a small area but perfect to bring a book and enjoy some tea. They also have outside tables.

The Joker is where its at. The flavor and presentation is definitely unique. Also ordered the Gold Digger with lesser sugar, but doesnt taste as good as the other one. The names, taste, and effort to distinguish between the other multitude of boba joints deserve 5 stars.

Great cafe, plenty of interesting choices for both tea and coffee drinker. Think cocktails with caffeine instead of alcohol. 4 Stars because they close a little early . No card or board games, bring your own. Alcohol is coming soon here supposedly.

Teaquation is an interesting alternative to all the boba/pearl tea shops around. They have a lot of options and natural flavors. However, Im a real pearl tea fan-boy, so for me these drinks are lacking. I guess its just not my cup of tea...

No boba! They dont serve boba or any other topping here, just tea. This doesnt takeaway from the fact that the tea selection is great and theres always something new to try. Try the Gold Digger, its a nice tea to try on your first visit!

The creative and unusual mixtures of tea and juices is always a pleasure to try. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and all drinks are customizable. Note there is also a secret menu to try!

Love coming here and everything they serve that Ive tried, so far. Quite a distance from where I live, but make it a point to "swing by" whenever Im in the area. A special treat for myself.

Very clean shop with nice deco and aesthetics. They have lots of unique drinks that look beautiful. A large runs around 5 dollars which is pretty average for their high quality drinks.

Not my typical place, but its great if youre into all those hipster drinks. I loved the baked goods though. Will definitely try the ice cream macaroons next time.

YI

Their tea is really tasty and they use real fruit purees and coconut milk rather than flavored powdered. All of their drinks have interesting flavor combos

Nice ambulance. I wanted to like the tea more, but it didnt live up to our expectation. I appreciate that it wasnt overly sweet and the staff was friendly.

Price in the premium tea category. $4+ per drink, but everything is made fresh and in-house. Did I mention they might have a small thing against boba?

AN

Andrew Hsieh

Expensive but good drinks with interesting combinations of flavors. Not a boba place but rather a tea place with some more unique ingredients.

I love this place, not only because I am a TEA LOVER <3 but becasue they have a great staff, and amazing tea options. Go get some tea!
