I remembered when it was cha time and honestly I liked it better as cha time. The drinks here are pretty good, but we had the calamari and fries and it tasted a bit weird. The calamari didnt taste like squid at all, I think it was octopus so it had a stronger flavor. The fries were covered in pepper, so we had to brush or scrape as much of it as we could off. The bathroom is pretty gross here too, and very dim. The interior where the seats are is pretty cute, especially during the holidays with the Christmas trees and everything. The karaoke area is pretty okay, smells like cigarettes and the rooms are pretty small.

Interesting but awesome combination: boba and karaoke! I was in the area and found this place on Google Local, of course. There were lots of young teens hanging out so I knew this place had to be good. You order from the counter and service isnt great but its quick. I got the jasmine green milk tea with boba at 30% sugar, which was PERFECT. I cant imagine how sweet is is at 100%. The pearls were soft and chewy and they dont waste any room with ice. Its already cold and ready to go! I gulped that baby down quick. Its probably one of the best boba places Ive tried in the Bay Area.

Nice place with lots of seating with some plush lounge chairs. However, place is a bit dirty. Stage for live karaoke and live singing. Too noisy at times, but television help relief some from being annoy. The workers are slow at this location. They show no care whether you like it or not. Bunch of kids running the shop, not favorable for anything. One thing that they did right is paying attention to customers request. Green/purple interior got me worry.

This used to be called Cha-Time, so when I walked in I was mildly taken aback. I say mildly because nothing other than the name has changed. Their yogurt green tea is still delicious and competitively priced with the other boba shops around (i-Tea and T4). This shop is connected to a karaoke place, so its a great hangout spot.

They dont use fresh fruit like at other places but their drinks sure are tasty! Might be the extra sugar they use; drinks are really sweet. I like how they have QQ in some of their drinks. My husband got the lemon slush and loved it which says a lot since hes not a dessert or drinks kind of guy.

favorite place to get jasmine green milk tea, complete with boba, egg pudding, or grass jelly.. either way it is all delicious! beware: cash only, if you dont ask for a regular size theyll charge you for a large. there is also karaoke rooms in the back, but rather expensive

My go to boba tea place in Oakland. There is always something fun going on and it seems like a great place to do your homework (youll see). The service is ok and it is cash only FYI, but the roasted oolong always seems to hit the spot.

Love bad karaoke, mediocre finger foods and overpriced beers this place is for you. the floors are always sticky but tge boba teas and selection is pretty awesome. Definitely worth a visit during their karaoke happy hours.

They have a ridiculous wait time for tea. The workers stand around letting orders stack up and take their sweet time taking and making orders. I would not go there again.
