Worst experience ever, we went for breakfast with my family, and we wont come back ever!, first my cup was dirty (lipstick on it), then my brother find a pice of glass on his food, yes thats right a pice of GLASS and by the time we where talking with the manager (I dont believe shes the manager) my wife find another pice of glass on her food, I told my kids to stop eating and we all didnt finish our food then the "manager" bring the check, about $70.00 and I absolutely refuse to pay (are you kidding me a pice of GLASS in your food), she said shell call the owner and let him know about the situation and I ask to talk to him, she came back and said that if I want to talk to the owner I can come back on Wednesday but that I need to pay that check. I was really mad and to avoid any problems I did paid the check. Now, Im the owner two restaurants and I can tell you that my answer in that situation will be totally different, first I would be a shame of that situation, I understand incidents can happened but something like this is a danger to your customer health, I would apologize and immediately have a meeting at the kitchen with my food handling employees, that is a shame and it can be avoid. then I will, for not reason let the customer pay for that food and even give the a coupon or a free comeback in order for me to show them that we do care about our customers their health and their experience at our facility. Its a shame to restauranteurs that places like this exist, with out our customers we wont be in business at all.

Today my parents went here for breakfast because it is close to my mother’s doctor’s office. The food was excellent, and the portion size was large. Both had breakfast steak and eggs, and the other pancakes, great meal for the price. The service far exceeded our expectations, and my father asked me to write a review. My mother is partially paralyzed and in a wheelchair, making any outing a major ordeal. Immediately one of the servers ran up and held the door to aide in entering the restaurant. They were seated in a comfortable handicapped accessible spot, often in public my mother in her wheelchair is made to feel like they are in the way or like we need to rush (which isn’t always easy. We often can’t find an ideal place to sit and eat, or are not properly accommodated by stores and dining establishments who claim to be handicapped accessible. After the meal when my parents were in line to pay one of the employees told my dad he could help my mom into the car and then could come back to pay for the meal so my mother would be more comfortable. As a customer this type of service is above and beyond and we will now dine here after all of my mother’s frequent appointments. Thank you Pancakes R’ Us for making a physically challenged individual and their family feel welcome in your establishment.

I live in the area and have eaten here numerous times. If fact twice this week, lol. They have an extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. I have liked everything that I have had including the Nutella crepes, chocolate chocolate chip pancakes, cinnamon roll french toast, appetizer sampler platter, chicken quesadilla and a few other items too. The service is friendly and fast, which is always a plus. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy by any means and could easily be overlooked, but looks arent everything. If you are in the area, give it a shot!

The place was clean, the food was decent, I ordered a chilaquilles special 10.00 my daughter ordered 1 waffle and a glass of milk the glass of milk is 3.49!!!!!! So if u want a drink I would bring my own!!!,lol...it was 24.00 for this order, I only had water, that being said the waitress was very nice, the guy that was at the register when I paid was not so nice tall guy small head,.. Overall theres better for the same quality and price, like Mr.D,s and BC cafe, except they wont charge you the price of a gallon of milk for a cup!!!!!

I usually come here for breakfast and find it a good solid place for either American or Mexican style breakfast. Its not the best breakfast spot in my area but the wait time is well worth it. Other spots such as "Norms" or "The original pancake house" Are usually packed beyond a wait time I am comfortable with. Not great, but not bad hospitality. Fairly neutral. Once in awhile may have an issue with food quality, most times it seems to taste pretty good and consistent.

My wife ordered the pork chop breakfast it was good .. Came with two chops...I ordered the ranch style eggs ... Great potion and good taste ... My boys had pancakes and waffles .. Both were also tasty !! The service by Claudia our waitress was very good !!! In all thumbs up

The food is amazing. I dont know what other people are talking about. The place is empty and doesnt get enough business. I didnt see any glass or lipstick on the cups. The food fills you up and I asked my mom if she was full and she was. The portion size of the food is great to fill you. Great restaurant, good service, amazing food.

Excellent service, generous portions, and fluffy pancakes. Came here with the boys to try out the local pancake house and was pleasantly surprised by their steak and eggs. Boys loved the buttermilk pancakes and we left with very satisfied tummies

This place is great. Went in hungry on a Saturday morning. A few minutes later I had my food in front of me. The service was great and the food was equally as good. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. I will be back.

Nearly mind-blowing array of pancake, egg, and meat combos! Available country-nut and buckwheat, had to try the latter, did not disappoint. Hope to eat here next business trip back to Pomona.

Food amount is great, prices are reasonable, it has the 1950s music and atmosphere. It was about time we had some things like this in this town. Too bad it doesnt have Veterans Discount

Good food anytime of day. Offers a car show one Sunday afternoon each month. Car show offers fun games and is free. Come give this "breakfast" place a try. You will love it.

The eggs Benedict are so tasty, the Canadian Bacon is mouse, the English muffin crisp, the egg is poached to perfection and the hollandaise sauce is perfect
