This place screwed up my whole order. My burger was made with everything on it. I did not receive my Fries. 22 dollars for two meals. I called once I got home they offered to give me "free" fries that I had already paid for. I did not want to drive 4 miles back and water more gas fit something I had already paid for. I then asked if i could speak with the owner, the shift leader told me the owner doesnt talk to customers! What ever happened to satisfaction. I have been plenty of times in the past but will not be returning 7/8/16 2:30

So the food here is amazing, however you have to deal with problems to get the amazing food.... The drive-thru line and the eat in parking make it nearly impossible Saturday mooring to get through the drive-thru without having some kind of screaming match or car accident with eat in customers. Then the idiots at the drive-thru dont get the order right and refuse to fix it because the line is to long..... The food is great, the design and service leave alot to be desired......

Bought a wheat egg sandwich this morning the bread was over toasted & one side of the bread had a Little mold just was not a great sandwhich sadly..& also got the chicken breast salad that was no problem just the yellow chili was already bad! I love Grand Burger I go to the one in Glendora & always one satisfied customer, just today wasnt so much.

We come here weekly. Friendly staff. Food is always good. Plenty of choices on the menu - sandwiches, burgers, salads, + Mexican food, & breakfast all day! Coffee shop atmosphere with one TV always on the news, the other TV across the room is always on sports.
