Llegamos tarde, en una noche con algo de niebla y un tiempo mucho menos cálido que el de los días anteriores en Los Ángeles. Todo esto puede condicionar el estado de ánimo. Pero lo cierto es que, aunque estaba lleno d gente y la comida no puede decirse que estuviera mal, e incluso aunque me tomé un par de pintas de una cerveza IPA californiana que no quedaría mal en el mismísimo Londres, el sitio me pareció sombrío, caro y con pretensiones algo injustificadas Tomamos seared scallops (muy buenos los animales y un poco decepcionante la guarnición) y seared tuna (digo exactamente lo mismo, incluyendo un punto de cocción impecable para el atún). Los niños pidieron salmón del menú infantil que no parece que les diera mala impresión a juzgar por los resultados. De postre, la crème brulée estaba de vicio, eso hay que admitirlo El sitio está en la tercera planta del típico motel enmoquetado de Pismo Beach. No es accesible desde la calle (hay que preguntar en recepción). Se supone que las mesas dan a unos ventanales desde donde se ve el mar, así que igual de día, sin niebla, y con los ánimos más descansados, ganaría enteros

A nice place to have breakfast or brunch on the beach when its a nice day! They have a great unobscured view of the ocean and options to dine outside or right next to a window. The breakfast here is typical American fare, mostly eggs, french toast, with a few California variations on burritos/huevos rancheros. I usually order an omelette and it is pretty well cooked and comes with toast and a side of fresh fruit. They used to have a make your own, but recently I tried an egg white with sausage, avocado, and I think tomato or salsa and it was filling and good. Hopefully the menu changes and they will bring the monte cristo back, but for a basic breakfast with a view, this place is a hidden gem in Pismo!

For our Christmas Holiday we had dinner and overnight stay. Before dinner we had a cocktail and an appetizer. We love the SV and have always had a great time. This night we had a bartender, Dave that was apparently not in a good mood. As we sat down he came over and just looked at us. He didnt say a word, so I asked for the drink and wine menu. He never said more than two words total. The couple next to us also seemed annoyed as well. Dinner was great, the room was very nice. It was a great stay...

If you have a taste for refined food, great beach views and exquisite sunsets? Then this is the restaurant that you want to make sure to visit when in Pismo Beach. Quiet, relaxed atmosphere which is great for families, friends, and definitely the romantics. Located on top floor. All the staff and other guests where polite, courteous, and professional. Would recommend this place to anyone financially able to make reservations here.

Great food, drinks, and view. I think the portion sizes are perfect. We left satisfied and full but not overly full. We had the seared scallops as a starter and the couples filet and lobster for our entree. I really liked the red wine reduction sauce for my filet mignon, but my partner did not and ended up asking for A1 sauce. Overall, we thought it was a perfect meal and sunset to end our night.

Weve had our company Christmas party here two years in a row and I ordered the Filet Mignon both times....both times the steak was not seasoned at all. The most bland, flavorless meat ever...really a shame since it was otherwise cooked perfectly medium rare. The extravagant price and beautiful presentation further built up expectations, thus deepening the disappointment.

Food was very good, but portions were small to tiny. Tuna was patheticly tiny. Went to in n out to get a shakes and fries afterwards to fill up. For the price we paid, I would expect more quantity. We are not large people. All under 150 lbs.

I wrongly expected more. The reason I went was for the fried chicken which was removed from the menu. Service was slow, but the coconut shrimp tacos were really really good.

Good spot to eat if you want to be close to the beach. This place is pricey and the food was overcooked. I wouldnt recommend to my friends or family.
