I dont get it. I guess I just dont think having to assemble or make your own burger qualifies as a bonafide burger joint. Basically its a BBQ burger on a tasteless bun that you have to add stuff to from the burger bar. And for 9.99 you get mediocre fries and watered down iced tea. Im just not getting it. I can get a "complete" burger at Carls Jr. for less and it tastes better. I can get better fries at Dennys and better iced tea at any Chinese restaurant. Maybe Im missing something. Its probably me. But let me tell ya about the staff and the potential E. coli breakout waiting to happen. No gloves. Picking noses and butts and private parts while Im watching. Not to mention one dude actually dropped an onion ring on the floor and simply bent over, picked it up and put it in the bag Togo..I seriously feel for the person thats picking that meal up to go. Yikes. Ill pass and keep looking for something that works better for me. I just want a good burger joint like Ikedas in Auburn but located here in Cameron Park. Ill take suggestions??

This place sucked! Just left there and it was horrible food! We both ordered a bacon cheese burger. They were horribly dry, I only ate 2 bites even after trying to smother it in BBQ sauce. My chili fries were just regular fries with a can of chili on top. My sons "Dino nuggets " were regular nuggets that were cold in the center and over cooked. Tasted like "fairground food"! Plus our over $5 Large milkshake Togo was the same size as a medium soda! It was ridiculous. Definitely would not go back and not recommend.

Might be good, dunno. Hard to read the menu theyve got way up high behind the counter. Not clear what things are extras since it says at one area that every burger includes (crappy) American cheese. So I guess the other cheeses (if you can find them on the black menu) are extra, as are the other extras (if you can find them). Anyway, so hard to read and determine what the options are, we walked out and went to place where we got to sit down and work with an easy-to-read menu.

One of the best burger places that Ive ever been to. Very spacious and clean. The patties are well cooked and flavorful! Id say gourmet burgers for fast food price. Also, if you sign up for their emails, they send out coupons of good value.

Great food and great service. It can take a little while to get your food when theyre very busy but its all made to order so you get it hot off the grill. The fries are really good and you get tons of them

Got 4 burgers and an order of their family fries for $29. The burgers were small and not that good. The fries were small and soggy also. Me and my family are not impressed. We will not be going here again.
