Fast service yet rude and lazy staff. We went through the drive thru and not only did they seem in a hurry to get the order taken down, the employee Adriana tried to give me my coffee without asking about creamer or sugar. When I asked I then got a sarcastic response. The prices here are expensive enough as it is for a large or regular, then you get rude service? Im glad I dont live in th area I would have a major issue coming to this Jack in the Box, way to ruin the afternoon vibes lady. Should have just gone to McDonalds if I wanted lazy service and mediocre food.

They tend to make mistakes sometimes. But I dont blame them. Working at a busy jack in the box can be stressful. Wait times are good to average, but the quality of the food is fresh and fantastic and hot every time. Their crew does a good job. Just double check your order before you leave! Its so disappointing to go home and be missing an order of those delicious 2 tacos that I love so much.

Only spoke with 2 of the workers and both seemed to speak English as a 2nd language so there were some frustrating communication issues. As for the menu, it is higher than most other fast food restaurants.

Flies are all over the store, when I ask the staff / duty manager if they do something to get rid or minimized the number of flies inside the store. They just laughed and ignored me.
