My experience here had been slight better than the two start rating until recently, if i had made a review before i would have changed it now. Went thru the drive thru, the "operator" couldnt understand me which i repeated my two item order three different times, a plain spicy chicken sandwich and a monster taco. Sat in the line for a good amount of time, the customers ahead of me were given small bags (assuming their orders werent very "special")...on arrival, the representative did not respond with a greeting but the price of the order...made payment in which the receipt was handed over and the rep walked off in to the kitchen area...short time later, the rep returned with a bag and asked "want any ketchup?" (Ketchup???)I said no thanks, the bag was handed over & the rep departed the window...very customer service...when i opened my bag after i had reached my destination, found my monster taco was one sided (all of the interior of the taco, which was very little was to one side) and my sandwich had cheese on it...it was slightly disappointing...the order was simple...as another customer has stated, find a different location for food...i believe my visits to Sonoma fast food chains has come to an end...

This is the worst Jack In the box I have ever been to. Having lived in Sonoma since its debut opening, I have had alot of eating experiences here, and it has gradually gotten worse every year. They constantly mess up orders (60% of the time, no joke), they charge significantly more then other neighboring JITB chains, and the management consists of people who just dont care (I know this sounds ironic coming from a fast food review, but eat hear and youll see what I mean). One time I went through the drivethrough and was missing an entire patty out of a bacon ultimate cheeseburger (a two pattie burger) and the person at the window basically said "oh well". I stopped going there after this. Dont waste your time with this half-assed fast food restaurant.

this place is nasty blood all over the floor in hall bay bathroom and in bathroom the entire floor was so greesy that I felt I was going to fall on my butt while walking on it, all the worker behind the counter were very rude and loud sat at a table again greese all over the tables could eat my sandwich threw it away some one needs to inspect this place is really bad seriously.

Should not have to ask for a chocolate shake to be stirred. Chicken fahita Pita is supposed to come with lettuce, a two by two of green hardly cuts it! Had to eat the whole dang thing to find the tease of tomato, NO RECEIPT, and they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!

Staff was very rude, Ive been there a few times and every time I go there I think it might bead different staff but nope!!! Still rude people with an attitude. Maybe they should get a different job if they dont like dealing with people on a daily basis.

I eat here often, mostly cause of convenience. The food is consistent and service is fast. The store is always clean and the staff do a great job. It must be hard to do such work and do it well every day. My hats off to you who work there.

they mess up my order about 3 out of every 4 times I go in. I order off the menu and im always polite. I go months without eating there and think things might be different but Im usually wrong. the worst jack in the box Ive ever been to.

Two tacos for a dollar. Exiting the drivethru is kind of a hassle because if you dont exit just right the bottom of your front bumper might scrape on the road. Inside its roomy and clean.
