Place is clean and well maintained. It is adjacent to Green Street Cafe which I love. There is indoor and patio seating available. There is a full service bar with several beers on tap. There are two small TVs that at the time of my visit showcases a national baseball game and basketball game. Service was good. The food was also tasty. The beef was of a higher quality than normal. A homemade spicy salsa or perhaps roasted serranos would have gone a long way instead of the customary Tabasco and Tapatío. The onion rings were rather bland and incredibly oily. The fries were good although I do prefer the thicker, steak fries type myself. These were shoestring fries. All in all I would go back again but I would build my burger instead rather than going with the already built burgers.

Service is not on point. Messed with my order a couple of times. theyre parmesan fries taste like lemon instead of cheese, also you can hardly taste the actual French fry, being so thin. When I told them we wanted the regular fries instead of the parmesan fries they just took them to another customer across the room after being picked at. Too expensive for little portion they give. They never asked me for a refill on my drink, when the drink alone cost almost $4.00. After asking for a refill they took around 5-7 minutes to come back with the drink. Tuesday @ 8:00 .... Not busy at all.

It another gourmet burger place where you can craft your own burger so arguably you shouldnt ever not enjoy your meal. Their burgers are excellent, though and cooked exactly how you specify. Beer selection is modest and its a clean modern interior. The staff was very friendly. Its a little overpriced for the modest size of their normal sized burgers and sides are extra. Its a good place to try when you are in the area and want that "just right" burger.

The service is fantastic here. They have seasoned fries and Ginger Ale for consumption!! Really stoked about that. The Buffalo Wings will cure any feigning that you may have for wing. The 3 TVS w/ TCY DTLA inspired interior art deco make this a cool hip place to be. They serve drinks and theres a happy hour so dont be shy to talk to the bartender. Prices are reasonable and the burgers are huge!!!

This place was terrible. Twice my burger was delivered incorrectly cooked, my milkshake tasted like nothing but ice cream. The experience was so bad, that after the second wrong burger was delivered, I let the joint (I can think of nothing else to call this "eatery") and had a Big Mac at McDonalds. I will never enter this dump again, nor would I recommend it even to an enemy.

Its a build to order Burger place so you can go crazy with add on if you want. Like the other locations of this chain the food is really good. Like the other locations of this chain the service can be a bit spotty, and Id double check you bill before paying since for whatever reason delivering wrong checks to wrong tables seems to be a trend with the counter.

This is my favorite non-fast food burger place in Pasadena. You can build your own burger from the many types of cheese, toppings, and sauce they offer, or choose one of the burgers on their menu. The burgers are good quality. The Southern fried chicken, which costs a bit more than a regular burger or grilled chicken, is also very tasty. Service is friendly.

We like to customize our burgers and a big selling point here for us is I can have a burger salad while everyone else can eat theirs with bread. Plus i love that their sweet potato fries arent coated in flour so I can enjoy them, while my child can order the standard. And then there are sauce selections....yummy

Amazing choice of condiments/garnishes for your burger which you choose via a checklist menu (build your own burger style) and the quality of the burger you receive is just about the best Ive had for something that is in between fast food and a higher end restaurant. Highly recommended.

Its good. Build your own burgers. Meat can be cooked how you like it. They have unique meats and gluten free buns too. A little on the pricy side though. The quality vs value is why i lowered by 1. But for sure, better than average burgers and i have been several times.

Great burger joint. A bit pricey for what feels like a dressed up five guys. Tons of toppings, dedicated gluten free fryer, and knowledge about cross contamination. That knowledge is worth the additional cost for me as someone with Celiac Disease. Recommended.

Its pricey. Dont go unless you are hungry. 1/2 lb burger is a gut buster. Ciabatta bun is awesome. Love the idea of build it yourself. problem is you dont really know the prices until the check comes. yikes. Better deal might be Hook Burger.

VERY expensive for what your get. Two burgers, with fries and a chicken salad with two drinks= $60. The manager gave us the wrong check and when he returned he smirked, "You should have kept the other one."... Never again!

Great build your own burger place. Lots of different toppings, and they cook your meat to order correctly. Important stuff. The burgers can get a little pricey once you start putting add-ons though.
