Its a real nice place but it really sucks because you spend like 10 dlls in a good plate per person and they wont give you sauces just a packet of kepchup, mustard becuase its to go if you get french fries just a small packet? And its worse if you ask for sale, i tried and they said no. And of course if you complain you need to talk with the owner, of you think recomend this place just remenber bring your own ranch, kepchup, mustard or just be ready to be in a shame situation when your are there with yours friend or girlfriend, its ridiculous when you buy in a place where you cant eat good just for packets of dresing or kepchup they really sucks and give really hard time when they just wont give a good custumer service because before i did not have ridiculouses bad service, like today..

Went to BOULEVARD BURGERS for Ham Steak & Hash as we always have since we lived in Bell, now we live in Bakersfield CA. Our surprise was they substituted the Ham with other round ham saying that it was the SAME. did not let us know of the change. Did not refunded what we paid for 2 plates that gave them back. They only replace one plate of food, took 15 minutes to give us our food. At the end the waiter was super upset and dumped the food in the trash and the plate in the sink with big loud noises. Only gave us back $2. dollars. Did not let us speak to her manager. Bad experience we never expected. I give them one star, because the place looks nice and clean.

Food is great the peoplw that work there are very rude and seem like they dont care. Also the decor is great but very very dusty and people dont realize it but you can get very sick from having dirt particles fall into your food I will be calling either osha or the health department it is not right. I went to the jukebox to put on music I have a habit of laying my hand on stuff to look into the window I removed my hand I am not kidding my hand was covered in dust please do not eat here so I would not get dust we ate outside and there was fly catchers outside after that I took my food to go.

Very bad customer service here. I was in line. Fist time in this restaurant. While i leave the line to check the menu, in 30 sec I was ready to order. I went to the catchier and told her i was ready. She said, you have to make line!.. And sent me back 6 customers in line again. I did no said anything, but immediately i leave this place. I checked yelp they have only bad reviews. Some kind rude cashier, they do bot care customers.

We love this place, they have yummy breakfasts, and the sandwiches and hamburgers are delicious too. The food is a 4 from 1 to 5, and the service is a 6 from 1 to 5. The servers, counter guy, everybody is always nice . I dont think the food is expensive, not cheap, but a good price. They have generous portions and they have free refills in your drinks. Plus the place is always clean, even the restrooms!!!!

The first time I come the so called "manager" ramone offered free coffee refills then after I purchased my coffee, I ask for refill and received a cold cup of old coffee. When I asked for fresh coffee, he refused to give me. His words were "No Ill put it in the microwave but I wont make you a fresh one" Worse service ever I didnt even take the coffee.

WELL I WENT THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME ON 9-18-2011 WITH MY FAM.....I HAD TO GO AGAIN THE FOLLOWING SUNDAY LOVE IT ..WE COME FROM GARDENA C.A AND ITS WORTH THE DRIVE.THE FOOD IS GOOD AND LOVE THE WAY THE PLACE LOOKS MAKES IT FEEL OLDSCHOOL AND PLUS THEY HAD THE GREENBAY PACKERS GAME AND YAYY THEY WON...SO YEAH ITS WORTH IT ....GO GREENBAY.....

hmm, I disagree, the service was really good from 3 different personnel. I think that speaks volumes-Not 1 but 3. Id come back in a second, had their tuna melt-it was different and their burger-fab, just fab. prices moderate. Quality though well worth it.

Second time here with my family and I like it...food is grate..grate flavor...grate price...gotta say better that Dennys and Ihop....love everything...friendly staff. I had the stake pitta combo and loved every bite...most definitely be going back soon.

The only thing that is good are the fries.chicken nuggets arent great they burn them every time.prices are high.super dusty and dirty.roaches on booth so disgusting.Also you only get one free refill and have to pay for thousand island dressing.

The cheap cheeseburger is a steal, pretty filling and I enjoy it. The fries are not on point though, the breakfast burrito Ive heard is good though never had. Sports always playing which is pretty great. Pretty fast service!

i found this place by chance i was lost and hungry and was driving down florence and at the light i smelled something good so i went to this place and the chilly cheese fries man are sooo good must good again sometime.

The smell outside is heaven. Smelling the burgers is what a burger should smell like heavenly and the taste is wow out of this world. I would even recommend this place to anyone the best burgers in town.

Full size burgers for $1.50 you cant go wrong with that. Every day low price for a burger that will cost more than double anywhere else. Great place for a quick bite if youre on a budget.

Nice and cozy place, the burgers are alright, but it is a great place for groups, I can stay hours here just hanging out with friends, the chili fries are pretty good by the way.

Food good buffalo wings bom chili cheese fries and good jalapeno popers and they serve beer thats right BEER. One of my favorite new spots Boulevard Bergers.
