This location just recently opened and is the sister store to the one in San Gabriel. It has a good assortment of baked goods and drinks. The store isnt too big, but is a good place to study. There is very limited parking though.

The lavender latte with almond milk was amazing in taste and visually very pretty! I have to come back here to try their rose latte next! Side note- not enough space for a large group.

I really like the coffee shop vive. The staff was very friendly. They have a a large variety of bread and drinks . My personal favorite is the coconut and raspberry bread.

A good place for pastries and flavored teas. They have WiFi and a restroom. Kind of an odd and inconvenient location unless you leave nearby. Walkable from the gold line.

Its a really nice little bakery. The pastries are super good. Not too sweet and very light tasting. Hard to find such quality baked goods in other places.

fantastic selection of great baked items. had a blueberry sweet roll. It was bursting full of blueberries. This is coffee and bakery done right.

Friendly staff, decent lattes and hot chocolate, the pastry is made with the same bland sponge base making this a one time stop.

Prices arent too bad, compared to 85. A smaller selection, but different flavors than what you would find at 85.

The buns and tea drinks are pretty good with decent pricing! They take cards over $5 and give out stamps.
