Neither of the workers wore gloves nor did I see them wash their hands between customers. One licked her finger after got ice cream on it then proceeded with making the ice cream. One would Operate the register then go back to grabbing waffle cones with her bare hands! The fridge that is in plain view of the customers has an open can of Arizona Ice Tea, someones to-go lunch bag too. The cashier was eating from some piece of food wrapped in a bag behind the counter while waiting for the chip cards to process. So unprofessional and definitely not CLEAN!!! Health inspection needs to be done here, guarantee theyd fail! Will never come back.

The staff are friendly and I always feel like I get my moneys worth here. I love that Banana Ice Cream is a regular item at Cold Stone. Its my favorite flavor and thats all I get.

ZERO stars! They dont close at 12am! Huge disappointment when I arrived at 11:26pm. I goggled their hours and it stated it they close at 12am. Its hot and I dont got any ice cream.
