I generally like Starbucks. Usually Cafe Latte prepared well and I like the roasted coffee flavor. The Latte here was prepared well, however the service was lacking. Low customer count but took longer than other Starbucks with higher customer count. They need to give equal focus to in-store customers as they do drive-thru customers.

The Starbucks is relatively new and in a very convenient spot. If youre staying at the Holiday Inn Express, its basically in the parking lot. The dining room is large and clean. Theres plenty of outdoor seating although I dont know why anyone would sit outside in this 97 degree weather. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I am not going to this Starbucks or any other ever again. They apparently they cant stick to coffee and are shoving their political views down our throat as well as their hatred for this country. Im also displeased with all of the artificial flavors and chemicals in your coffee. Gross! Goodbye forever Starbucks!

Everyone was pretty friendly. Good and fast service. Only person who was a bit unfriendly, maybe a little rude, seemed to be a female manager-not wearing an apron but working on the register who came from the back, and she spelled my name horribly. Everyone else though was so kind and the drinks were good!

Starbucks is always a treat for me. This is currently the only one in Oroville. Its usually too loud for quieter people but a great addition to our growing community. They also offer outdoor seating.
