I was not happy that I waited 4 minutes in the drive through section so that I can place my order, only to find out that the lady working there stated "hold on, let see if were set up to make that for you." I should have driven away right then and there, but I went ahead even after waiting another 1 and 1/2 minutes after placing my order for her to get back on the speaker to inform me that she was able to actually place my order. I then proceeded to the window to pay for my order and recieve my food. After waiting another 8 minutes, I looked at her while she was standing there playing with the register (as if maybe something was wrong with it), and she finally acknolwledged my presence and stated "hang on a sec, the register is stuck." She then closed the window and walked away seemingly busy on another order. After waiting another 4 minutes, I figired I have had enough, and proceeded to drive off. She then looked at me and made some gestures with her hands, and I drove off. That is totally insane that anyone should have to wait 30 minutes for a drive through order, and be treated with that kind of disrespect, and why on gods green Earth would anyone advertise having a certain dish on a menue if you dont have it!!!? I will never go there again and I will absolutely encourage all of my friends to stay away from that horrid takeout joint!!!

Rudest staff Ive ever experienced here. And i dont expect alot in a fast food environment. Usually snotty kids just trying to get home. Byt I went in there yesterday, and I usually go there 1 a month, and the girl did not say anything. I said hello blah blah blah and she looked at me rolled her eyes, and moaned. Literally. It was like a movie or something. I was kinda taken a back and thought to just kill her with kindness. And i did. And by the time I left she was maybe 50% nicer. I worked in fast food and was always nice to the customer. I understand you want to go home but ffs at least say hi or something. Or not even that jist dont roll your eyes at me. They all speak Spanish in front of you and then make it a point that they hate you. Lol. Have fun here, especially with the horrific night crew.

This jack in the box always messes up my order. I made sure before I even left the order menu that they got both my orders of tacos one with lettuce one without. I even double checked it was on there. She said yes and low and behold I only got one order without lettuce. People always say dont judge how hard a fast food job is...well Ive worked jack in the box. Pull ur head out of ur @$$ its not hard. Yet another disappointing trip to oroville jack in the box. Atleast they had tacos this time, half the time theyre out of half their inventory. Wheres the manager in all this crap? Boo oroville jack in the box boo.

I usually take my grandchildren here for breakfast between two and three times a week usually we go through the drive-thru and have never had an issue however this week along with my eighty-year-old mother we went inside. The lady that helped us was extremely rude, intolerant, and impatient with my elderly mother and proceeded to tell her can you hurry up I have cars waiting for me. I was very disappointed and very angry with the treatment she received. Not to mention the high chairs were filthy sticky and disgusting and we had to clean them ourselves.

I eat here all the time because its not too far from my house, but its not walking distance for me either. My boyfriend road his skateboard to get us food yesterday while I was working on my car that isnt running and when he got back I opened my box for my sandwich and there was already a bite out of it. I asked my boyfriend why he took a bite and he laughed and asked what I was talking about. He hadnt touched it. This place literally served me a sandwich with a bite out of it and refused to replace it.

Every time my lady and I order from the Oroville, Ca establishment we order two tacos, a jumbo jack w/cheese, and two sausage cressaunts w/cheese and specifically NO EGG. Well for the last five times Ive made this order the cressaunts have egg and the service by the employees is bad and they are rude. I like jack in the box but Im not impressed with how this one in Oroville, ca operates.

worst jack in the box ever the food needs to be inspected by health department the food will make u sick ive been here 3 diffrent times over 5 years and every time it makes me sick and its only this jackinthebox chicos one is good so is marysville and yuba city but this one for some reason needs to be reported to health department

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this Jack in the Box has earned it. The food is OK, but the restaurant itself is disgusting. Im not sure how they pass the health inspections. The floors, counters, tables, and bathrooms are all dirty. If youre looking for fast food in Oroville, skip Jack in the Box.

When I went to Jack In The Box today they were very friendly and I was served quickly. I ordered the breakfast with bacon scrambled eggs and hash browns. The bacon was perfectly done just delicious. I like the fact you can eat breakfast there anytime of the day or evening. Thanks Jack

They are really disgusting , the inside is always dirty everytime that I have went there. Tables are never clean, soda mechine always has nats flyin around it. I have went there and workers have had cold sores on their lips. Its just gross

I dont even want to rate this place as a 1 star. the night shift people are rude,and had me waiting at the order window for 15 minutes to order my food that only took 2 seconds. This place needs new workers or shift change who they got.
