Usually, we enjoy the fast, efficient service as well as decent food (especially the flame broiled goodness that is the Whopper lol). However, the past 3 timed we got food from there (once dining in & 2x take-out- walk in & drive thru-- to be fair), the quality has really gone to HELL. The fries have a flavor reminiscent of my freezer (whether piping hot from fryer or not) & its as tho they are trying to cover up that foul fake flavor by salting the holy hell outta them. I mean, HBP status! lol The burgers seem to be losing their tasty flame broiled flavor & I can taste a hint of the same freezer flavor in the meat. #GROSS Yesterday, my daughter got a bacon cheese burger & God as my witness, this thing was ALL bad. Bacon was SO over processed (read: microwave reheated to death), it was near impossible to chew; the meat had an unpleasant grayish tint to it & flavor to match; whatever else was on it was basically unpalatable, as it too had taken on that gray freezerish flavor- with the added badness of rubber texture. My whopper wasnt QUITE as bad, but I could not make it thru even a third of it, the taste was that YUCK. COME ON BK, dont disappoint your loyal followers! New remodel under your belt, now u think u can just get lazy bcuz we love the atmosphere THAT MUCH? Ninja please. Id rather sit & watch TV at my dentist office than sit thru another awful meal like u been serving up lately. and yes, ill even go as far as to say ill raise u One better-- Id just as soon sit, wait AND have dental work done-- the food is THAT BAD. I have faith tho that u will pull your proverbial heads outta your corporate asses & make it NOMS again... Ill wait (= but not forever. FOSTERS freeze is just as close & always hot & fresh (=

My husband ordered a Double Whopper add bacon and cheese ..... there was absolutely no hamburger meat whatsoever in the whopper. I do not know how this mistake can be made as Burger King is known as the home of the Whopper. When I spoke to the manager of the Burger King in Oroville her name is Tabitha Miller , she made the excuse of... the employee in the back cooking is new and that she will have to go speak to them. She then offered to give us a free sandwich , however we all know what free means , most likely with spit in it !!!! No thank you, I will never return. I thought it was funny on the first visit, as you can see on my comment from back in March I believe on the 20th, this place is totally terrible not worth going to most horrible fast food ,customer service, and staff I have ever seen in any place and that is saying alot!!!

I ordered at 1:01 and at 1:20 still did not get order the manager said it was t her fault that the people on the one side weren t making food And I said not my problem hire someone who wants to work then. I called the local owners office and was hung up on twice by the lady Becca who was taking the calls as she was offended by my tone of voice. I am offended by them taking my money and not getting my food for twenty minutes but they don t care. The customer service is the worst ever and the food was cold and not worth it at all. Wendys or McDonalds down the street offer better service and better value. This BK will never see my money again

One girl was working the front register and the window. She was bagging food. And probably so many more. Things i didnt. See. She looked so frazzled but was still so nice and polite greeting people with a smile. I see Chase , working alone all the time. And stressing over what others should be helping her do. She is an amazing worker if she is not going to get help she should be getting the wage of 3 people. This worker and the few that were there are so helpful . and efficient. The store is lacking for not having sufficient staffing. The staff is incredible

Went through the drive-thru while on a road trip. Ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit only to get down the road and the biscuit was hard as a rock. I dont normally turn around and go back but I turned around and went back and asked them to make another. They handed me another sausage biscuit that was also hard as a rock. So I asked them to just put it on a croissant which they did but is still super dry and seems very overheated and old. Manager never came to speak with me and girl at front counter seemed overwhelmed and frustrated.

Bad service even when there was no line at the drive through they made seven people pull around front and wait then the burgers were all messed up sloppy and instead of napkins they put torn up hand drying toilet paper in our bag utterly upset and disturbed by the professionalism shown at this fast food resturaunt

The assistant manager maria hits on my husband all the time. Calls him handsome in a flirtatious voice.. Makes it very uncomfortable for my kids and i to go there. Unprofessional customer service!! Especially knowing he is a married man! Sucks...small town and the only buger king. Its rude and disrespectful!

My husband got breakfast yesterday at 7:13am! The food was cold and the "has browns" were cold, hard, and old... how is that possible if they had just recently opened!? And of course they dont answer their phone. We both had to go to work so didnt have time to go back...as a result they lost customers!

I always stop in to get the 10 PC nuggets, my dogs love them! Its a really great price and my dogs are able to have a tasty treat. Good price, fast service and they have never been too hot for my dogs to eat.

The employees are very nice and helpful. They did make a mistake on my order, but they fixed it and compensated me for it. The manager is super nice! They do prepare your food very quickly.

20 minutes to get food, cant have ketchup to go unless I want a drinking cup to put out in, pure chaos. Had to take food back to work as I only have 30 min. Lunch, Fries were delicious

The restaurant is recently remodeled. It is clean, and has some nice armchairs with a TV if you want a casual fast food experience. The food is as you would expect for Burger King.
