So I ordered on 5/23/14 after ten p.m. The poor workers in this place had a line of customers out the door, and a line in drive through. Between that and some rather rude customers, the impressive crew did managed to keep level headed, and handled each and every customer with the utmost professionalism and speed, that they could reasonably muster. On a night were it would have been very easy for any of them to panic, and maybe even have a heart attack, these guys did an impressive job. The management should take notice of the extraordinary circumstances of that night and at least give these guys the recognition they deserve.

Today is a Saturday and its only around 10:50pm, not even 11pm yet, and the lobby isnt open. The Sign infront of the door clearly says their lobby is open 24 hrs but its locked. You can see customers sitting inside and workers looking at us as we stood there. I am super pissed! I am from out of state and wanted to try this amazing place and they wont even let me in. So stupid! I never want to come eat here now. I mean, couldnt the workers just come explain to me why they closed their lobby? Instead they just stared at me blankly like, ok go away. This place is off my list. Whether they are good or not I dont care anymore.

Went in today on Monday August 8th at 7 in the morning. It was slow but their employees was rushing us to order. We ordered 3 breakfast platters to go and when it was ready, one of the girl employee practically slammed our food on the counter with an attitude. We were on our way already when we checked our food, one of the platter had little eggs and no pancakes. Service was bad, all the girl employees working there had a bitchy attitude, and quantity of food was bad as hell!! We also saw cockroaches climbing on the counter after we got our food. Worst place ever to get food. Never going there again

Food could be ok, but it is fast food what do I expect? Anyway, the poor customer service here is real! They never greet you, all they say "what do you want?" "ok is that it?" in a rude tone with bad a attitude. Its like do they hire rude people on purpose? One night my boyfriend went in at 12AM because I think it closes at 2AM and went inside to find employees rudely saying "were closed" while eating.

Waited in line 30 minutes. Got to the window to pay, then was told they were out of the item I ordered. The cashier did not seem to know what to do, but instead of asking if I wanted to change my order he just gave me a refund and handed me the rest of my order. Poor service. They had 30 minutes to inform my they were out of an item, but waited until after I had paid to tell me.

I ate brunch there just this am around 11:45 am. I went through the drive through. When I reached my destination, Walmart, my food was still popping hot, that really surprised me. Jack n the Box, at the corner of Five Star Blvd & Stanford Ranch Rds. They seem to have hanged management because, clean appearance outside, and very friendly young lady at DT.

I waited for twenty five minutes. I have a baby at home. This is bull crap. I could have went to a diner. Better food. Faster service and the same price?! WTH!!! No more jack n the box for us!!! At least not this exact one. The food is always salty or sloppy and they litrrally lie during. Night shift so they dont. Have to make special orders!

Horrible service, meet was grosser than any other fast food iv ever seen and after two times trying to get my order right they still couldnt manage to leave off the sauce. Also the cheese on the burger was cold and had gone bad....so horrible used to stop here now i will never go again. Also very dirty and slow.

The food for the most part is always good and fresh. The place feels dirty tho. Things broken dont seem to be getting the attention they deserve. The place needs a good scrubbing. AND definitely the staff could all take a class in customer service.

The people who works here are not very detail oriented. Twice it happened to me now where I got the wrong sandwich. Thats just the food side. Their customer service is horrible. I dont blame the workers, but management and corporate culture.

I went to Jack in the box in the middle of the night after being a the hospital half the night. With in 5 hours I was really sick. I got salmonella poisoning. I will never go there again! And Im telling everyone I know so no-one else gets sick

Surprisingly pleased compared to previous visits. Something definitely changed in the onion rings for the better, and the burger was fresh and did not appear to have been sat on this time. Vast improvement... lucky day or new staff?

Still love the food, their Oreo shakes are great, love the curly fries and jalapeno popers as well. ~And if they ever have them again, I love the eggnog shakes that are offered around the holidays, even the pumpkin pie shake.

Shake machine is always being cleaned or broken. Almost always a guarantee that your order will be wrong, make sure you check it before you leave. Employees more interested in their phones that getting your order correct

Cashiers were not friendly. One actually huffed when I asked for sauce for my chicken strips. Another cashier was on her phone texting while taking another customers order. The food was decent.
