LOVE LOVE LOVE this place... Seems like everytime we go we take someone new to show them how great it is! The staff is exceptional, and always remembers us, even when we havent visited for months. Richard, the Teppan Grill Chef, is FANTASTIC, and HILARIOUS! We always have a great time! My kids (ages 3 and 1) love watching him cook and do tricks with his utencils! The food is fabulous... served fresh and hot... right off the grill! The filet mignon is spectacular, the shrimp and other seafood is delicious, and their sushi is excellent! Love their crunchy rolls... Overall, a great little hidden gem in the city of Orange! Will visit over and over and over again! Thanks Richard!

I wish there were 100 stars because I absolutely LOVE this place and the staff! From the first time I walked into this restaurant, I was greeted with open arms and made to feel like a celebrity! I go to California just to come to this place and I feel at home! Eric is the greatest, love him and everyone else there! Its rare that you go to eat and return two months later and they all remember your name! I wish I could put everyone in my pocket and move them to Phoenix with me so that I could go every day! I cannot wait to go back again! I miss you all already and hope you feel my love and appreciation all the way from Phoenix!!!!!

I eat here often during my lunch break. I think the best place to sit at is the bar. The chefs are really nice and really know what they are doing. Every time I have gone there they have given me an appetizer for free (small poke bowl) and sometimes theyll let you try out something new that they have created (tempura albacore). And an ice cream for dessert is always free too. (atleast it was for me) The Sushi is always fresh and if you like rolls or something new and interesting, all you have to do is ask them and they will make it for you. They have been around for awhile. It might be hard to find but very worth it!

We stopped in for sushi and were blown away! I am a flight attendant and travel a lot and this is THE BEST sushi I have had. The waitress was very nice and the owner was very friendly and talked with us. But the sushi chef by far was the best very nice and made sure we knew what we ordered before he set to making it. I also noticed him wash his hands after touching each new item. Clean and fast service. At the end of the meal they tried giving us free ice-cream but we were just too full all in all great family place definetly going to be a new regular stop when Im here in orange CA

Uhhh can you say AMAZING service? It took a litte to seat us but we were fine with that. We got seated by a nice middle age japanese woman. Our waitress was a younger woman and so so so nice and attentive! Our food took quite some time so the waitress brought out appetisers on the house! The owner kept coming by asking how we were doing, etc. VERY nice guy. The food was so good, and after, the owner asked if wed like a complimentary sherbert. The raspberry sherbert was sooooo good. I will def. Go back!!!

I have been dining there for the past 29 years and the food is INCREDIBLE!!! Richard, the teppan table chef, is AWESOME!!! He really makes you feel like you have known him for years....he is the one that makes you want to come back again and again. Gerard, the new owner, also gives you the same kind of attention....always makes you feel at home. The addition of the new Sushi Bar was a great idea. If you have not experienced Shiki....you are missing out on great food and service.

Awesome teppanyaki. Sushi was pretty good too. Was my first time trying this restaurant and was a great restaurant. They only had one teppanyaki chef so it was a bit busy but he was worth the wait. The guy was freaking hilarious. The whole group had a blast. Will definitely choose this place instead of the bigger chain teppanyaki location. Manager was very cool too, came around n made sure things were going well throughout the night even though it was pretty packed last night. A+

Had hibachi here for dinner last night and the food was delicious. Everyone working was super friendly and very attentive. Prices were average for hibachi, not any cheaper than other hibachi restaurants Ive been to, but it was well worth the money for a nice night out with the family. Maybe the regular dining menu is a little less expensive, but I didnt look to notice. I would definitely come here again.

My date absolutely loved this place. Great sushi, amazing friendly service, with a lively atmosphere. The manager/owner was very friendly when he asked us how our meal was. This guy was a class act of friendliness and action. He took care of our first drink order to assure service and at the end gave us dessert on the house. Will be returning soon for a second visit. These folks really earn their gratuity.

It was my first time going to Shiki. I loved the vibe and décor. The food was good and fantastic. My food came out looking like something from a high cost restaurant but cheaper in price. The service was great. The wait staff was super friendly with lots of recommendations. It’s my first time but I can’t wait to go back to try their other food.

My Wife Danielle andI have been eating at Shiki for many years now, it is our favorite sushi resturant, everyone there treats us like family, its always a comfortable environment and always good food, they are constantly coming up with new items to try. We reccomend Shiki to all of our friends because we know that they wont be let down.

Wow. Had to be the worst experience ever. From a manager demanding to charge us twice because he didnt believe the receipt in front if his eyes saying we were already charged to having him threatening to call the police if we dont pay a second time. We ended up just leaving and letting him stew in his own juices.

very great for big groups because the place is a bit small and its usually always busy, but the sushi is amazing and cheaper than most places. I love how they always give complementary muscles and I recently discovered the Brandon roll and now I always get it. My go to place for sushi, definitely!

We love this place and come often. The Sushi is so fresh and delicious, great variety of rolls. This place is very friendly, everyone greets you and checks on you to make sure you are a happy customer, I love that! Variety of choices besides Sushi if you want some other entrée. Highly recommend!

We ate at the tepenyakii table. Food was over cooked. Not the best. Have had way better. Service was okay. They refilled my soda like a million times was charged a soda each effin time. We ended up paying $71 for two people. Wouldnt really recommend.

Food was excellent. The chef was incredibly personable and Ill definitely request him personally next time. The owner is also incredibly attentive to the customers needs, and came to speak with us personally to ensure we were doing well.
