Ive been here twice with the other super sweet lady in charge and she is the best I say. She takes your order and makes adjustments to your food how you like it and even starts a good conversation with us. Unfortunately for my visit today, this older lady I believe the supervisor of the rest of the other ladies was very inattentive to my family and I. After waiting for 20-25 minutes she finally came and helped us out right after she has seated three other people taking their orders and being extra nice to them. Then I ask her to make some suggestions for my meal once she came and she said we cant do that and wont do it. I was unpleasantly shocked and disappointed because every time I come here its never a bad visit, but this one is. Until I see a change in their customer service I will give it one star for now.

Ordered menudo to go and got large pieces of bone on my orders. I know what pata looks like and this was just plain bone no meat. Called and complained and was told that they were running low and basically I got the bottom of the pot. Heres a novel idea, since you took my name and phone number when I called in the order, why not call me back and explain this to me? Sounds like theyre more concerned with making a sale than putting out quality food. The lady that took my name and number said a manager would call me to hear my complaint. Well, that never happened, still waiting two days later. Oh, and they forgot to place tortillas with my orders as well. I used to like this place, but Los Cabos down the street for me, from now on.

Horrible. Waited for a table. Gave me a wait time between 40 mins or more. I asked for an outside table.I came back 25 mins later and they crossed me off the list because a table was available sooner, but I wasnt around.They put me on the list for another table. Waited another 15mins for a table. They sat my family at a makeshift table near the front door with foldable chairs. Food took a half hour to arrive. The food was mediocre. The service was basically nonexistent. I dont care what holiday it is. You should be prepared for the crowds.

This place is amazing. They always play latin music in a decent volume level so is not uncomfortable to stay and talk with your party. And the food, of course, is the best feature here! You gotta try for example the Tampiqueña or the Cielo, Bahía and Tierra dishes, my favorites, but everything else is good too. And the waitresses are always very kind and helpful. You wont regret having a great dinner here.

Dont try the menudo.. I asked for an honest opinion about it and i was told it was great. I rather open a can of juanitas then to try this menudo again. Their seafood is good they should stick to that. Only two stars because even though I did not eat it I was still charged for it. Only one nice waitress the others are not so kind. Its really a hit or miss. Never again.

Very authentic Mexican cuisine. Seafood is excellent! The shrimp cocktail has plenty of shrimp, not like other places where they just only add 5 or 6 pieces. Very tasty. You can also ordered it in the "Cocktail ranchero" version, which is like a hot soup, a bit spicy though. There is a shrimp quesadilla that is very good too, and the "torta de carne asada" is great!

The decor was awesome, the food wasnt to bad but the service lacked. It took forever to get a refill on a drink and you had to ask. Even though we asked, we still couldnt get it until we asked again. The parking lot is always packed which is why I went there but I think it is more of employment parking than anything.

The food is fine, i understand that it gets full and busy but shouldnt keep them waiting for another 50 minutes after they were seated. So i have to say the service isnt that good, they mess up the drinks still took a while till they brought out our dishes. I was not satisfied here for their service. But food was ok.

Great restaurant! But the Michelada wasn’t that great. It should be spicy and not sweet and the tomato juice I don’t think it was right for that type of drink. It tastes like the salsa they give you to go along with the chips/tostadas they give you. Over all food was great and service was great as well.

Gracious service. We dropped in on a Saturday night 15 minutes before closing. They were very nice and served us without a rush. I had a giant shrimp cocktail and my husband had an octopus cocktail. Food was fresh and restaurant was clean and colorful.

Servers were attentive Low quality ingredients used... I paid $20 for a seafood salad that basically came with dry imitation crab meat, dry white chunks of fish meat, dry octopus, and small shrimp and giant bed of greens. Yep...

After years of driving by this place I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised. I eat a lot of fish, and this place has dozens of things I want to try. Its cozy inside and they have a counter with tons of traditional sweets.
