I like how they ask you for a dollar would you like to add a pastry, I said yes sure...they charge you for it then you get home and no pastry.Then my order sits on the counter waiting for someone, anyone to come hand it to me, the girl who took my money didnt even stick around to give me my order, then the guy who made just left it there. some other girl walked up and asked me if it was my order lol. doesnt take much for me to never go back to a place. I can make a $13.00 sandwich myself. Oh edit time!!! and I didnt even get what I ordered dear god.

My visit here was excellent! Our food was delicious and served to us in a timely manner but was really blew me away was their service. My wife ordered a flat bread sandwich but ended up not liking it. We asked them if we could switch it for something else if we paid and they smiled and said we did not have to pay but would be happy to make her something new, free of charge! They were so kind about it and got it out to her quickly. I will be coming back here!

While I love this location....the portion sizes can be frustrating. They forget essential items in the drive thru every time (spoons for soup, napkins, forks etc). The drink area is always a mess and it seems to be laid out awkwardly. Couldnt find lids for drinks without asking. As much as I love the food, it definitely does not feel like you are getting a bargain here. Restaurant prices with fast food service.

The broccoli chedder soup is outstanding! The price point is moderately high for the faire. The staff is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is comfortably quiet. There are frequently people working on laptop computers.

I love Panera but forgot going there on the weekends soccer teams take up the whole dining area and theres no place to sit. Thats probably how they make there money just a shame no one else can sit unless you play soccer

I would have given it 4-5 stars because the food is good. However twice now they have given me incomplete orders (failed to double check the contents in the bag vs the receipt to ensure that the order was complete).

Good service. Employees very helpful. They have a new thing when you order. Panera asking you want to tip the waitress. Then you can leave your plates, otherwise you must clean up after yourself.

Very messy. Most of the tables were unclean. Seems they have a staff shortage. Waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich. They were out of chicken and several breads.
