Very rude employees. I work in Napa Valley n when I come back I come to this Starbucks. I have to wait almost 2hours to catch the bus to go home. I asked to use the restroom n the male employee said for customers only. This happened this morning n whats wrong is that 2guys came in wanted to use the restroom n then left,they didnt buy anything. The fact of the matter is that the male employee didnt tell them restroom is for customers only but told me. Starbucks needs to do something about their rude or employees who favor some people I wont be back here again.

This Starbucks is "Ok". The staff is always really nice, but there hasnt been a time where Ive gone there and the line wasnt up to the door and it wasnt full of crazy people. I just want to get a damn coffee real quick... The last time I went there, a woman had a full conversation/argument with herself before berating the barista and taking 10 minutes to order. She then proceeded to dance her heart out in the middle of the shop until she got her coffee... The time before that it was a crazy old man...

Starbucks the Starbucks is no different than any other it has good service and a place to charge your phone when you need it but it does need a public restroom and Starbucks should be open a little later for us people that need that extra coffee and later little later in the evening then the working crowd but other than that you have a great experience and I get a bite to eat

Drove to find this place because I needed to go to the bathroom (having gone previously to another Starbucks location and drank venti 3 shot) . I was rudely told "the bathrooms are closed. You can go to Smart and Final (2 blocks away)". I purposely found Starbucks so I could go to the bathroom and get more coffee. I will NEVER go to this location ever again!

Just another Starbux located in Old Oakland with surrounding area like Chinatown, Jack London Square, downtown, uptown. This location is somewhat slow as it attracts the lowest life of street people. I always find myself waiting for transient to finish glooming themselves in restroom. Another Starbux is located on Clay st between 12th/13th street.

I usually expect a place to not have things 30 minutes before closing but I thought I was in luck! I picked out a sandwich from the refrigerated section that needed to be heated. Sorry we turned the ovens off. REALLY? So instead of a nice hot sandwich I had an egg salad sandwich. I also got a Peach Tea Lemonade and it was good.

Weve been staying at the nearby Marriott and weve walked to this Starbucks several times over the last couple of days. I have never received such consistently rude service. The whole team acts as though your americano and pumpkin loaf are just an unreasonable intrusion on their already disappointing day.

Because today of all day you would think their bathrooms would be open. Next time we win and get our parade it will be in my home city where there are bathrooms everywhere. And 97% of all businesses in SF obey the laws of businesses selling drinks or food HAVE TO HAVE A BATHROOM ACCESSIBLE. BY LAW

No matter how bad a day your having the store manager always has a smile that will brighten you day. I go to the other 4 Starbucks close to me as well but there always stuck up or just plain rude to people. Go to Starbucks 8th Broadway BEST BY FAR

I think Starbucs are usually the best shops to use when poor, compared to small business cafes, because their staff do let people use the space for free, as a part of policy, and there is a minimum of hate from the staff usually.

Not a bad place for a very average cup of coffee. Nothing special like other starbucks but they have a clean bathrooms and decent amount of sit space to hide behind a laptop or mooch off their wifi.

The morning line can be long, but the baristas at this location move everyone through quickly. Unless youre very lucky on your timing, you will not find a seat here, so get your drink(s) to go.

Very comfortable to get work done in this Starbucks. Although sometimes when the homeless come in they can stay in the bathroom so long you wind up going somewhere else to use the facilities.

Its one of those Starbucks that youll need a code to get into the bathroom due to what can happen in the bathrooms.... otherwise pretty much like every other Starbucks.

They do not attend to mobile orders in a timely manner and I watched the line dwindle and all patrons served before I had to ask for my mobile order.
